I wanted to Say what a great Team of gentlemen that work here. Anthony helped and the team of Gents helped me with my order Sunday morning on a very cold day when I was trying to start my time off with sunshine. He really took the cold chip off my Shoulder and started our retail day so pleasant. I would have done the survey, but they are no longer on the receipts. Great job of being just amazing human beings. With a great spirit and great FRESH Doughnuts.

Writing this because can be important for someone to know. Today I had one of the worst experiences of my life as a tourist. The security woman at the door was absolutely rude and unprofessional , never expected it. My wife needed to use the restroom, since it is thanksgiving day all the restaurantes simply places “out of service signs” in order to avoid the people coming to the parade to enter the restaurant only for the restroom. Turns out my wife is 21 weeks pregnant and we had been already 4 hours in the street not finding one single restroom. She started crying asking for comprehension to which the security lady replied with a: “stop crying, you read the sign just go out” with a tone expressing sarcasm, as my wife was pretending it. I asked her to not be rude with her and after some arguing she told me to go “f*** myself”. I never said one single bad word to her. She then tried to expel us from the store which I refused until she treated us properly. Luckily the manager intervened, nice tall guy, who told us there was nothing they could do in a nice way so we left after his politeness. But I am never setting foot again in this store or in any restaurant of this chain and never would recommend it for foreigners. Felt absolutely humiliated, completely unprepared person in a position with power. Forgot to mention we had our one year old daughter with us seeing the whole scene. Feel sorry for the nice manager but a owner who has a person in his staff like that and instructs and allows this kind of behavior with no human empathy, just following guidelines as a machineu doesn’t deserve my business or others. I sincerely hope they change the way they hire and train people

I've been coming to this location for so long and the service has been good. But today, I was so disappointed in how I was treated and spoken to. The cashier rang up something wrong and when I tried to correct her, all hell broke loose and she began to speak to me with such anger, pointing to her ears and shouting at me to listen. I understand it's a stressful place to work, but please don't take it out on customers. I wasn't even being rude, I just wanted to make sure she removed the wrong item, which she refused to do. Ugh, totally disheartened bc I usually really enjoy one of the guys that works there but even he didn't step in today when he saw how I was being treated. It was just wrong. Beware.

I was craving something sweet while waiting for my train at Penn station and decided to get myself a chocolate glazed donut (with sprinkles of course!) from Krispy Kreme. The donut was warm and sweet but not too sweet- so perfect! The staff were very nice and gave me a few extra because my birthday is coming up. It was a nice treat to enjoy while waiting to go home!
Honestly the best donuts out there! Very light and airy, not too much dough like from Dunkin’ Donuts. Even just the regular glaze hits the spot just perfect. Have to pick up a dozen or two when your there and heats well for next day enjoyment!!

Absolutely love Krispy Kreme donuts. Chocolate iced cream filled is to die for and the raspberry jelly filled makes my mouth water. When my kids were young I took them once a week in Louisiana before school for a donut and chocolate milk or coffee for me. Thursdays became known as “Krispy Kreme Day”. The only one I know of In Brevard county is on Wickham. I still like to watch the donuts being made. I treated myself today and had sweet memories of our weekly trip.Absolutely love Krispy Kreme.

Always passed by this donut shop and never when in but a friend decided we have to try it so we did. Donuts are very sweet but so good, donuts here better then dunkin donut. The coffee is really good too. Staffs are friendly and nice. Overall if in the area I go back.
