WOW!Great spot for brunch! The food was delicious, the margarita flavor options were incredible and you can switch flavors at each drink and try a bunch. Our server was amazing and let us stay a bit past our 90 minutes with drinks cause the weather was awful, at no extra charge. Will 10000% be back with friends for the amazing food, great service and delicious drinks

I had my birthday here and it was perfect. The staff is so friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. Alana especially is an amazing server and excellent. Definitely recommend!

Great lunch options. The chorizo and poblano tacos were highlights.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian appetizer and taco selections. The poblano and sweet onion tacos are terrific.

Two of us walked in on a Friday night and were seated right away without a wait. That’s not a great sign - an awesome restaurant is typically fully booked on weekend nights. The guac tasted fresh and the chips tasted a little stale, like they’ve been sitting out for a while. $16The steak plate $24 was covered with cheese and sauce, in a yummy way.The fish tacos $23 were not my favorite. The lettuce tasted old and the fish tasted bland. The soggy tortilla made the taco overall taste floppy and damp. The mango margarita ($17) and another cocktail we got ($17) were good. The staff are friendly, but you have to FLAG them down for attention. Between the two of us, the bill came out to be around $100 before tax and tip.

Super friendly service. Had 4 vegan options for tacos. Also the guacamole with corn chips were vegan and great. Really enjoyed the food and the service. Would definitely come back. Also good frozen margaritas! (Tried the lime one)Vegetarian options: Ask for the vegan options

Friday night, walk in for 2. They seat us in the very back of the restaurant that’s past the kitchen. It’s so loud and people are screaming over each other. This area should be illegal since there is no safe exit. The front of the restaurant was maybe 20% full and they stuffed everyone in the back.Service was fine enough, the food was bad. We ordered the guac and salsa to start, the chips were so bland straight from a bag stale, I can’t believe they don’t even try to make them a little bit better.I ordered a cheese quesadilla and the caesar salad . The quesadilla was fine enough but where it got bad was the salad. The lettuce was bad, as it turning, and it was so sopping it wet. Maybe they tried to wash it but, but it was just sopping wet salad. Plus the flavor of the salad was bad on top of the wet salad. I asked them to take the salad off and they did, but it did leave a bad taste.Partner got a torta and the bread was stale and there was no flavor. We wanted to enjoy the place, but save your money and go to Rosie’s instead.

I don't usually give reviews but this place was amazing! Every staff member we passed on the way to our table smiled and greeted us. Our reservation went from 8 down to 5 people. Then 2 of our party were an hour late. We put our order in at 7 and told the waiter that we had an 8 o'clock show to catch- I was impressed with how fast the food came out! We made it in time for the show. The margaritas were wonderful. Everyone was very happy with their food and the service was fantastic!

Perhaps Manhattan's best Mexican restaurant, with a wide selection of authentic traditional Mexican dishes that you don't always find in TexMex restaurant. Nice vegetarian and vegan options, spacious seating, with an especially efficient and friendly staff also

I was surprised to have made a reservation and walk into a basically empty restaurant to then be sat in the very back next to the restroom. The pricing was too high for the value and quantity of what we got.

I have eaten at La Palapa for dinner and for their Bottomless Brunch and both are fabulous! Highly Recommend. I now make it a point to eat here whenever I am in town especially is seeing a show at NYTW so convenient!

The food is alright but the wait time is bigger compared to st marks place. The rice and beans portion is insanely small, less big than a kids portion.
