Enjoyed a delicious lunch with great service.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options to choose from. All the server for specials.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate, but you'll need to askParking: Very hard to find a free spot on the street. Best to walk/take the subway.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of dishes work for kids, but no kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, seems accessible. The bathrooms are in an area downstairs, so you'll need to take an elevator.

I visited this restaurant on two separate occasions. The first time was an attempt at their restaurant week menu but arrived for their brunch. This French toast we amazing and so were the drinks; I knew I needed to come back for dinner and I was right. This fulll meal was so delicious, every part. The bass skin was the perfectly seasoned with the right amount of crisp. The combination of the different flavors in the salad blended so well. And that chocolate sorbet ? perfection.

Ok went twice second time ordered duck and tuna appetizer and salad with frommage wasn’t great last Friday evening . Duck was gamey dressing was lacking in salad. Sauce in duck was delicious wish it was on the duck instead on on the dish plated . Root veggies on it was delicious. Tuna appetizer was fishy and slightly room temp. Should have been colder. No flavor . Good service and vibe. First time ordered the pasta and oysters and same salad was great . End of the day on Christmas eve

Came at 2:50 on a Sunday, they did not want to service me and said kitchen is closed while proposing me the bar menu. Nothing says on their website or on google what time the kitchen close and I paid $40 uber to come have lunch. Asked them what time does the kitchen close and no one was able to answer. This is very poor hospitality and I won’t be back.

Extremely disappointing. Daniel, have you eaten here lately? If so, you should be embarrassed. The February special "pot au feu" was laughably bad - like the chef had once read about the dish on Wikipedia but never seen or tasted the dish. Instead of - as it should be - a big bone-in cut of meat, surrounded by chunks of root vegetables in a dark tasty broth, Boulud's version was a 3" round, quarter inch thick slab of unidentifiable mystery meat with bite-size potato rounds, a hint of carrot, leek and a quarter of a leaf - literally - of soggy cabbage (also, why cabbage?), in a flavorless broth worse than any canned soup I've had. Reminder this was the monthly special featured item. The mussels poulette were over cooked, tasteless with nearly no poulette sauce. And the creme caramel was rubbery, tasteless - sitting in a liquid that was almost but not entirely unlike caramel, though it had no texture or flavor. In fairness, the deviled eggs were delicious but $13 for an egg split in two??! $13!! Never again.

We shared the quenelle, salade Lyonnaise, liver and gratin Dauphinois. The quenelle was the best I’ve ever tasted. The recommended wines were great. We shared the melba pear caramel dessert. We’ve been to numerous other French restaurants in NYC that we liked but wouldn’t revisit. We will definitely return to Le Gratin. Loved it.

Staff were outstanding, from the hostess to the servers. With a party of five, not one dish came out of the kitchen that our group didn't think were perfect. With great food and staff, the restaurant is a must try.

The duck confit was absolutely delicious, the only reason I minus one star because we feel rushed by their service here. They serve us main course way before we finish our appetizer.

Very nice bistro with authentic French atmosphere. Food is excellent and service very good as well. They still use fabric napkins, very sustainable, which adds to the French atmosphere. Just do not wear a woolen sweater.....as you'll find a lot of white lints on it.Highly recommend to check this restaurant out.
