So impressed with this place! I didn't know they had another location before opening up this one in East Village. I've had my share of square pizzas (L&B's in Brooklyn), but I've never had Detroit style pizza before getting a few slices from here. My friend and I didn't know what to get when we got here so we asked one of the employees what they would recommend. Always an excellent slice and experience when we come here. This is my girl’s favorite pizza joint in the city. Anytime we are in the east village we gotta stop by. We always opt in for the classic slice. We get it by the half since it can feed two people. We did see a spike in prices for the classic when we came in today. Came here on a late night run with my partner who was dying to try it. Went in to an average pizza spot and picked out two pizzas he wanted; mustard and plain. The guy who was helping us was super cool and dope, nice demeanor and making jokes about the quarantine coming up. When we finally ate I was so surprised about how just good it looked.
