A bakery famous for its banana pudding, we had tried banana pudding before and it was good. It has a taste quite different from Magnolia’s in Turkey. Today, we tried cupcakes and cheesecake. Red velvet cake is famous here, but I wouldn’t say I loved it, it’s okay. We liked the lemon-flavored cupcake. In summary, it’s a taste that can be liked, but the treats are really high in sugar content. I think it’s worth trying, but eating them constantly might not be a good idea.

Magnolia Bakery on Columbus Ave is a place to grab a quick bite and go. The atmosphere is poor and not suitable for a romantic date. Cheesecakes, good but too sweet for me, even though I like sweets.

Sweet tooth? Go here immediately. Although they are known for their banana pudding, I opted for their carrot cake pudding as I am a carrot cake lover through and through, and let me tell you - my choice did not disappoint. Decedent, fluffy pudding with a cream cheese flavor chock full of carrot cake crumbles and raisins. This will be a repeat every time I am in the city!!

Matcha latte newly added to the menu. $5.50/ large matcha latte (before tax).The pistachio cupcake looks delicious.I’ve had the banana pudding and I think it’s delicious albeit overpriced. I find the way it’s packaged and consumed very pleasing, the fact that you spoon it out of a pint.

In a word, superb. Let's just start with the fact that everything they make doesn't stay on the shelf very long. The turnover because of sheer volume of customers is endless, which means what you get is fresh and superbly delicious. Everything I tried was finger licking amazing. The negative, the place doesn't look kept. They should do a better job on appearance for sure.

Honestly, the food is all so good but the ordering process isn’t very smooth at all. The line is queued directly in front of all the food display cases so you can’t even see all the options and make a decision. Then, they’re asking for your order at the back of the line? I haven’t seen what’s on the other side yet. It just doesn’t make sense. But, everything is delicious here, 10/10 for dessert.
