it’s more of a takeout spot than a sit down place. the paper wrapping to keep the seaweed crisp was cool, but there was very little fish inside the roll. for the price, you can get more and better at kazunori.

If I could leave less than 1 star I certainly would. We thought we’d get a snack before a show and I wish we had not. The spicy salmon roll was inedible because the seaweed was chewy. I’ve had sushi around the world and Maki Maki was very disappointing. The fried tempura roll was cold which indicates it was old or the very best not cooked to order. The young person at the register was less than friendly and emanates a I don’t care attitude toward her job and customers. If you are considering Maki Maki Sushi you’d be better off going to a food truck which is at least fresh.I’m not a local guide so you can trust my review.

Very small place to eat inside, and we ate 6 portions and 2 red tuna for 90 dls ? a robbery in 10 minutes.It wasn't even delicious, it wasn't worth it in the slightest. Sushi pop ties him (a popular and cheap sushi from my country)I mean if you are in NY the standards are higher... a fiascoPS: there is no bathroom.
