I absolutely love Nobu Fifty Seven! I’ve been to this location uptown many times and it has by far been one of my top favorite restaurants! Food, drinks, and dessert are delicious and the service is excellent! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. The food is incredible and staff are very welcoming. Our go to is the yellowtail jalapeños, California rolls and the shrimp tempuras.

We sat at the counter, as is typical in many sushi restaurants in Japan. The sashimi and nigiris were quite good but in my opinion not good enough for this price range. The edamame were forgotten despite asking. However, the chicken with teriyaki was pretty good.Plus a good selection of wines.Unfortunately only one Japanese beer to choose from. But there are various Japanese sakes on the menu.Stylish atmosphere, but perhaps a little too dark. Expensive.Unfortunately not Japanese enough for this high price category.

Spectacular! Service is on point. We were here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Waiter went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed each plate. It was expensive but worth it for such a special occasion. Reservation must be made online or by phone. It is a must weeks in advance especially for dinner.

Delicious! Creative dishes, and interesting flavor combinations. Fish was extremely fresh and tasty. Cocktails were also excellent. The waitstaff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Food and service were both top notch, but ambience felt a bit corporate and touristy. The matsuhisa martini was excellent, as was the yellowtail jalapeno and crispy rice with spicy tuna. The rock shrimp tempura, miso cod, and salmon tacos were tasty too.Overall I enjoyed the experience but prices were higher than they should be given that the food wasn't particularly inventive or complex.

Nobu is a restaurant you go to feel more important than you actually are. Overpriced and mediocre sushi. Go to an omakase place or somewhere else. This chain is not worth the price.

I’m not a fan of sushi, but this place has its touch on everything they prepare. The tuna on crispy rice was very tasty; followed by the yellow tail jalapeño and the wagyu tacos.I’ve heard a lot of good things about Nobu on 57, and now I know what was all the hype about. I highly recommend this place to anyone, specially to the ones like me—who doesn’t like sushi that much but don’t mind trying it every now and then at the right place.
