I am not a huge olive garden fan but we visited this location one summer and had a great experience. I was treating my three teenage nieces who were happy so I cant complain, LOL. The restaurant was clean and so was their bathrooms. We arrived in the early evening on a Saturday and we had to wait about 30 minutes before we were able to get a table. They have a small seating area to wait. I remember our waitress was real sweet and patient with me and my teenage crew. The restaurant was really bustling and the staff seemed professional and moved quickly to satisfy customers. The food was decent and no one complained about their orders. My azz was complaining when I got the bill because I didn't remember it being so pricey. However, I was with some broke young ladies who enjoyed their meals and company so it was worth their laughs and fun, LOL.

I Really Really like Olive Garden but is the first time that we went there for Dinner and the line was ridiculous, just take a look and the place is big and see like 8 open tables but need to be clean , 3 people in the reception talking and not helping to clean those tables , finally we got our table but no waiter, where is the waiter? Where is everyone, where is the manager ? What happened with the customer service in Olive Garden, so many tables need to be clean in the entire place , so many people waiting for a table not enough people to serve , you need to do something ASAP because you are going to loose so many customers. Am not going back in this location so sorry :(

I should have known to avoid this place when the grade was "Pending" and there were dirty napkins on the floors. Shame on Me!! THE WORST food I have EVER tasted and I've had some awful s***** I will probably have to write my will right after this review! Bottom line- DON'T DO IT!! Pop a can of Chef Boyardee instead!!

The waiters are really rude, and the servers served clients that came after me and never took my order, when I moved to the bar the bartender/server was also being rude and not giving me his undivided. I was better off going to wholefooods. I use to like coming here but this place has become my least favorite restaurant in NYC. Olive garden manager needs to train their employees better to serve the clients as if it weren't for us they wouldn't have a job. Be and do better.

Decided to take my family out for dinner here. When i approached the hostess desk the three ladies that were there stared at me like i was stupid and continued talking to each other. I waited patiently for them to be ready and after about five minutes they finally said how many. I gave them the number of the party and asked how long was the wait. The lady told me 30-45 mins. As i was giving the information to the other adults in my party she interjected and said "it's only 40 minutes ya can wait". From the moment i walked in we were excited but how these hostesses handled everything was a major turn off. We took our business elsewhere. They should consider putting friendlier and more hospitable faces to be the face of the company upon entering because that can cause more negative reviews. This location was not appealing with that experience.

Well I try to come here when I get off work to grab a few bites to eat and to have some drinks. I don't really have no complaints the happy hour has 5 dollar drinks all night from a special menu but you can't beat that . I loved the shrimp rigatoni , calamari, shrimp frita (crispy) when I do done in. For my favorite drinks I like the spiked strawberry lemonade, chocolate almond amore, or a watermelon margarita always gets me right! The staff is nice and friendly to me when I Clem it makes me feel at home.

If you're looking for Italian hospitality... DO NOT GO THERE! They Are the RUDEST people ever. I went to order on Grubhub and they forgot half the order. So 4 people did not have food. We called Olive Garden and spoke to a manager and they said this wasn't their problem and we should be calling Grubhub. Okay, so I asked for 4 things to be delivered. They refused. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

I truly think this is the best Olive Garden in our area. The Bay Plaza one in The Bronx and Forest Hills one have surly servers and the food is not as good as this one. The Times Square one is a weird experience. You are only a number and it feels that way. The Harlem location is by far and away the best of the four I have been to in the City

Olive Garden is one of those places where you gotta lower your expectations. A place where no one comes expecting super authentic Italian food. Once you have mentally made those preparations, then you should be good. The food is pretty much the same in Harlem as it is in D.C., Kalamazoo, Jackson, or at any other Olive Garden location in the U.S. We came on a Tuesday (or was it a Wednesday) night around 6 pm, and it was pretty dead. I had no complaints about my food. Since everything more or less tastes the same, I guess it does not really matter. I will say that the service was a bit of a struggle considering the restaurant was pretty dead. Our waitress kept saying 'I gotchu, I gotchu. Just another minute. Just another minute'. I do not understand how the appetizers made to the table before the breadsticks and drinks. I guess that comes with the territory.
