Good bread, poor hygiene Bought some raisin bread, paid with cash, asked for it to be sliced. Cashier took the cash, gave me change, brought bread to slicer took it out and put it in the machine. All wearing the same gloves. Other places will have secondary gloves (usually the larger clear plastic ones) to wear over latex gloves when handling food. Panya (or maybe just this cashier) skips this step. It's pretty unsanitary and disappointing in what is otherwise a good bakery.
If you want an amazing Green Tea Tiramisu topped with AMAZING red bean, this is where you want to go. For the quality that you get, you really do get what you pay for. I had to drive out to the city just to get it for my mother's birthday. After the first bite, she instantly loved it, especially the red bean. I will be buying birthday pastries and cakes from here from now on. I usually don't fiend over green tea anything but this one takes the cake. Also, their staff is full review
So happy they are open during corona virus M-F I think until 4 pm. They feature Japanese Milk Bread, special because it doesn't become stale in a day. It is this super fluffy bread in different varieties, my favorite is the wheat one and the red bean swirl one, which is flipping amazing. They also serve korean banchan, sort of like kimchi but with different veggies, a whole container for I believe $4 or $5. I have some from months ago, because it is a fermented food, it doesn' full review
