Incredible from beginning to end. When you enter there’s a bar area to grab a drink before you’re seated. Interior is beautiful, service is attentive even on a hectic night. Our server Jeff was amazing, super helpful with navigating the menu options, above and beyond service, and just a general great energy. If you’re dining for two get the aged porterhouse, its a few bucks extra for an amazing cut of steak. I’d go here every day if I could!Dietary restrictions: The strawberry ice cream is gluten free, and the cone is made with tapioca starch.

Excellent fine dining. There was a very wide selection of wines to start. For the main course, the usual cuts of steak and seafood options are available.Quality of the steak was amazing - the medium rare cut I had melted in my mouth. What really sets this place apart as a fine dining establishment is the service. Waiters are professional and courteous. Knowledgeable about the menu and was able to provide excellent suggestions for appetizers which exceeded expectations. Regular but not too intrusive check ins from the wait staff on how our meal was going. Frequent top up of water.Lastly, the to go box was packed beautifully at the end of meal. A frequently overlooked service in the city where some restaurants even provide the box and expect customers to pack leftover food themselves.

One thing is clear: the meat and the entire meal was excellent. It was just a shame that our table was placed in the corner, where there were two large groups next to us. It was so incredibly loud, we almost had to shout at each other to understand anything. For the price, we would have preferred more peace and quiet to really enjoy the great food. For this reason, unfortunately, no 5 stars.

Best restaurant I’ve ever ever been to in my lifetime. Shak and Mindy, the two servers, and everyone else that assisted were fantastic. Best filet mignon ever and the best sides and the best desserts I’ve ever had.

Last night on my solo trip in NY and I wanted a really good quality steak with both atmosphere and great service. After scouring multiple options, Quality Meats kept being mentioned on various sites.I booked a table online and upon arrival was asked to wait in the bar area. I ordered a lovely take on a Moscow Mule and waited for my table.Having reserved my table, I was a little disappointed to be made to wait an additional 25 minutes before being seated.I had the NY Strip with Corn Crème Brulé, and the crispy potatoes. The steak was exceptional and as a Brit it's not a cut we'd usually get (Sirloin being close). The restaurant itself was spectacular and the atmosphere was as you'd want from a steak restaurant. Even as a solo guest, it felt warm and comforting. The only let down was the lack of organisation and, I assume, over subscribing of guests meaning those who make reservations are left to wait as much as those who simply walk-in

I treated my husband for his birthday to quality meats after a Broadway show. Best decision ever. The ambience was perfect for any occasion. The host was well versed in wines and found exactly what I was describing. Our meal was to perfection tender porterhouse for two. The sides are to die for the cream of corn brûlée. We still talk about 3wks after. We will be returning often.

Dined here last Saturday at 8pm. The place was heaving and we didn't get our prebooked table until 8.20 but managed to snag a seat at the bar so didn't mind at all. We had the honey glazed ribs and QM crabcake to start, followed by a New York strip and bone-in prime sirloin, all of which were amazing. The service was excellent throughout the evening and we even given a sharing dessert for our anniversary. Top notch and would definitely recommend!

Quality meats is terrible. All of our food was improperly cooked. We ordered a dry-aged rib eye tomahawk medium rare. The steak was burnt and unevenly cooked. Parts of the steak were medium well to well done other parts rare, all parts burnt. I enjoy a good hard sear - this ain't it. Look at the brussel sprouts they served us, see how charred they are? Nearly every piece was carbonized on both sides. We tried to pick around to find the pieces that were edible, we should have sent it back. The "crispy" pan fired potatoes were also terrible. You can't see in the photo, but that they served them sitting in a pool of oil. On the other hand, you can see that the knife work is totally fucked - every piece is a different size and consequently the doneness is all over the map. Some pieces raw and tough other pieces turned into a chip. Honestly they should have just done chips or tossed the whole dish out. It reminds me of the first time I tried to make crispy potatoes in college - I've learned since then and I didn't open a fucking restaurant in college. The ambiance is whatever, kinda on the loud side. Service was fine, wait staff was very nice food arrived on time.
