Went here to get the curry broth ramen but apparently this location doesn’t have it anymore. Ended up ordering the miso tonkotsu ramen. Great tasting broth, the chashu was melt in the mouth, noodles were cooked to the perfect texture.

Ramen Danbo in Brooklyn is the perfect spot for a chilly night! This place is just delicious, and I can't wait to go back.
The food is absolutely amazing. We especially loved how the pork was super thin, and the broth was so rich and flavorful. The menu is small but has everything you need with plenty of ways to customize your bowl, which is a big plus.
Just a heads-up, there was a long wait to get in, but once we were seated, the service was super fast. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe was great. The food is also excellent value for money!

Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. My only complaint is that they need to make the curry flavor a permanent addition to their menu and not seasonal. The flavors in that dish are remarkable and without it - I don’t have a reason to come here because it doesn’t stand out. PLEASE BRING THE CURRY FLAVOR BACK FOR GOOD!!!!

I definitely feel like we found a little gem here. Im a vegetarian and its hard to find vegan/veg ramen that ACTUALLY tastes good.
