Service, I was sitting outside waiting for my order which it was $75 and one of the workers told me to move. Didn't ask are you being helped. Not coming back!!!
Update: Wow the response is what customers should hear. First of all it doesn't say anything about being reserved. For an Owner you customer service SUCKS! For your response. Papa johns is better your food and service sucks. So unprofessional!

Whenever I have family in town or I wanna watch a good Sporting event with my girlfriend (Go Bills) I head to Saluggi's East. The guys are great and they’re extremely welcoming and attentive. Every time My Daughter 🐺 orders the red pie and the Chef forms it into a heart for her top-tier service.

Um hello. Danny Meyer you want your swan? Well, I’m here to tell you he works at Galuggi’s or whatever this place is called over on the lower east side. It’s labor day. John is behind the bar and it’s poppin’ off and he’s the only one here and he is nothing but cool, calm, collected, and crackin’ jokes while still delivering quick and intentional hospitality. Vibes were great and now that I know this place exists, I will be coming back since I work not too far away. Man this guy can work a room. I’ve been in hospitality for over 20 years and here I am taking notes. Such a great traditional pub. Ambiance is good. Music is classic. Just what this clientele craves. It’s nice to have something traditional in the LES. You walk in and leave with a full stomach and smile on your face.
P.S. The PM bartender just walked in and introduced himself to every guest and checked in on needs. This is hospitality gold people.
Dear Management and ownership, you have an outstanding team. I mean, I haven’t met everyone yet, but you’re clearly doing the right thing and providing a work environment that people enjoy. Comgrats!
