I’ve been going to this Starbucks since i came to this country 5 years to be specific the stuff there is really nice, but the last 2 months the blonde guy that speaks Spanish been really rude and messing the orders it has happened too many times i hate to be the type of customer that complaints about something so simple if I'm paying $8 dollars for a drink at least do it right nothing done how i ordered and making faces to fix the drink… the girls over there are so nice tho 💞

Burnt espresso, and they dont follow instructions when you add to your drink. Do these people not get trained? Don’t burn the espresso isn’t that a necessary skill as a barista?? I get mistakes happen but there seems to be a consistent trend of burnt espresso even when you try to order half decaf it’s like drinking gasoline can’t even enjoy the drink and have to throw it out.

I’ve been coming here since they first opened on 181st St. the service and the drinks are good but for the past couple of months, the music is so loud that I can’t even sit down and enjoy my drinks. I’ve had to walk out each time. It feels like you’re in a club. I’m thinking of getting my coffee from one of the other local shots from now on

I have been twice in the last Month in this Starbucks location and I recomend to reduce the volume of the music this is unsane, you can sit quiet and relax to have a coffe without getting a Headache. Please please people deserve peace and an atmosphere that is relaxong not annoying like that. And for the CEO please go to Italy and learn how is a good coffee, even Mc Donalds Coffee now is better that Starbucks.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I typically go there in the morning and the morning staff is always quick and efficient. Lian is always so helpful and sweet. I recommend this store over the others in the area because it is a calmer cafe.

I was there waiting in a long line only for the barista to tell me that he doesn't make frappuccinos and that I have to come earlier because he only makes them when he feels like it. Very bad service and very rude people.
If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. The worst service and staff. They always mess up the simplest order and some of the staff pretend not To know what you’re asking for, purely because they are lazy. It’s the most unpopulated Starbucks. Now I see why. So disappointed. Such a waste of money and time.

This is the worst Starbucks. This is the third time I purchased my coffee order. It is always wrong. Long wait time. Not friendly bad customer service. It takes more than 10 minutes to make simple orders. I am a long time loyal Starbucks customer. I will not be back at this location.

One of the employees there is just so sweet, they ran out of one of the items I had ordered online and he not only replaced it with a similar item but also gave me a gift card to apologize for the inconvenience!
