Had the misfortune of visiting this location late January. Order was incorrect due to poor listening skills from server, as she was more interested in the conversation with her coworkers. When order was found to be incorrect, spent 5 minutes trying to interrupt the conversation to get corrected, then gave up. Threw the nasty latte into the trash directly after leaving.

I went into the shop today and there were 3 baristas standing there in their phones. After several minutes one finally asked what I wanted which was a decaf Americana. It took several minutes for them to do my order AND I was the only one in the shop. When I confirmed it was decaf, the barista threw it at the sink. I asked for milk and he said I should have told the cashier. This was the WORST Starbucks experience, even by surly service standards.

Waited 10 minutes to take my order when I was already first in line. An employee walked past me 5 times without even asking me. What a waste of time.
Fast service, always greets everyone, one individual she took my order she was absolutely amazing! We even talked about anime. I didn’t get their name but they made my night.

I usually love Starbucks! This time I tried the iced pumpkin chai latte! It was great. Loved it, will definitely be back for more.
The staff at this location treat you like your not belong at that Starbucks, I asked for iced macchiato with oat milk and them they said, that I didn’t said that because I didn’t want to pay for the extra for oat milk, which I did ask for the oat milk.
