Starbucks is Starbucks, some smaller than others but in general consistent. What is becoming a problem though is that they are making restrooms employees only in some locations. This is very disappointing.

Disappointed by the service and the coffee. It took so long for them to make my coffee, I guess because they had regulars but as the place emptied out it was just me and another person who ordered several people after me. We ordered the same thing but her drink was completed first.

I stopped by this location every weekend with my fiancé and the staffs have been always so pleasant. Shoutout for Jordan and Tyler for their positive energy and efforts to make the customers feel good. This time, I bought giftcards for my students for back to school week.

This location was very clean and although the service was a bit slow since they were understaffed, the staff and the manager (with locs) were incredibly friendly and engaging. The location is super convenient to the Statue of Liberty and battery park and I would absolutely visit again. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
Awesome loved it was with my wife and mum walking through the area and got a cookies and cream Frappuccino large and got something for my mom as well patty was awesome she took care of us come to this Starbucks if you pass through to get dome yummies

I bought a large cup but he gave me a small cup and told me it was that size. I can see the difference between the two, it's not the same as what I usually buy. She is very unreasonable. This woman has a fake smile.

Absolutely the best Starbucks in Manhattan. I live in the building above it & go there most days. The staff is amazing. It's a real neighborhood place, they know your name, your drink & always take the time to say hi. Drinks & food are always good, orders are correct & fast. All businesses should strive for this level of customer service.
