I visited this store on August 27, 2025, between 5 and 6 PM. The male staff working in the evening was very unprofessional. From the moment he handed me my drink, he looked as if everything was a bother. He stared at me with an unpleasant expression, walked slowly as if dragging his feet, and when I approached the register to ask something, he just crossed his arms, leaned back, and kept looking at me until I spoke first.
I have worked at Starbucks for a long time, including as a supervisor, and I have visited many different locations. However, I have never encountered an employee like this. I ordered two drinks, and one of them was just a simple Americano, yet he didn’t even seem willing to prepare it. After waiting, I eventually decided to cancel the order and get a refund.
I also noticed that many other reviews mention poor customer service at this location. Since there seems to be no improvement despite repeated feedback, it feels like this store does not take customer evaluations seriously. I truly believe that if someone is not willing to engage with customers properly, they should be placed in a different role rather than customer service.

I’d like to give zero. I’ve never seen a more brutal and cold hearted Starbucks service in my entire life. Our mom has urgent medical issue and need just a cup of water immediately yet those people are just like dead corpse who can calmly watch you to die in front of them.

I went in to get water because my dog was panting like crazy. I asked the tall, nice guy for one since the line was ridiculously long, and he was cool with it. But the short, overweight lady insisted I wait in line. Like, seriously? My dog was practically choking, and she couldn’t even have a shred of decency to just hand me some water? Pathetic.

I went to visit NYC and was looking for a been here mug, which have been discontinued and are hard to find. I asked Todd, the partner helping me at the register if the store might have some more anywhere. He said they didn’t but then, after finishing taking my order told me to hold on a sec. Then he went to the back and gave me one that they had saved for years - exactly what I was looking for. Todd made my day by going out of his way and making such a generous gesture for me who a stranger who had never been to this store ever. If you read this, thank you so much I really appreciate it bro!!!
