Today, I told myself I needed to take a moment to leave a review. As always, I can count on this Starbucks location for fast, friendly, and consistently excellent service. But today was different. Due to personal issues, I wasn’t quite myself. Jodi immediately noticed and, without missing a beat, lightened the mood with a joke as she rang up my usual order. She even took the extra step to write an additional kind note on my cup. I wish I had taken a photo before throwing it away. This type of customer service doesn’t come naturally to most, but it's obviously second nature for Jodi, and I am so appreciative of my overall experience, especially on a day like today. I hope this message reaches her. Thank you, Jodi, for simply being you!

CJ is a fantastic manager and the whole crew including Quincy, Djeneba & Jodi make every visit enjoyable. It's the best Starbucks I've ever seen! I'm happy to stop by on my way to work every morning.

I really go to better places than these, better prices and more comfort and more respectable because the truth is one of the workers, one of them from Lenges, came to bother me when I was waiting for my niece who is on vacation, really there are better places, I do not recommend it, that happened on Saturday at 2:00 in the afternoon

Ordered a hot chocolate because I was freezing but wanted to try the famous seasonal cold foam. I opted for the sugar cookie variant which was delicious and paired well worth the hot chocolate for a turbo charged sweet treat (which also turbo charged the already inflated cost of a beverage at Starbucks). Love the efficient board tracking also

Wendy the barista was so friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. Put me on blonde toast in my chai and I’m hooked!!! Give her a promotion!!! Actually the whole place was chill (and it’s 930am on a Monday in NYC!) quick service and everyone else was super friendly too.
