3.5 stars. Service has really improved! This location was always better than the nearby 114th one, so def continue to go to 111th if you're at Columbia. Also the coconutmilk latte is so good!
Good. Clean. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful, but they are having a party behind the counter at 9am and make a ton of noise which is quite unpleasant. Came here to get an hour of work in, but now regretting having forgotten my noise cancelling headphones.

I love these special tea coffee's here and the hot coffee is much better than the ice coffee. I also like how they asked for your name and make you feel special when your order is ready because they're calling your name like it's for you and you only.
