This is Starbucks has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wait more than 15 minutes for my drink today, 5/6/24 at 8 am. I asked an employee to check on my drink, and he told the manager, and the manager said o well. The employee apologized to me even if it wasn't his fault. the manager in the store needs to be retrained on customer service.

This is my favorite Starbucks store in the city. I go almost everyday to get my coffee ☕. Channel always has a smile on her face when she sees me.Everyone working in this store is very friendly and fast and efficient serving the customers. This is a busy store but the crew keeps the place clean and trash emptied out frequent.

I ordered vente Americanno and Meek made me a Grande so I told her I have ordered a vente and she asked me to throw away the Grande in order for her to make me the vente!! I told her I ll keep this one! Why waste the coffee and she refused to make the vente for me! I asked to speak with the manager and she said she is the manager!! Later the manager came out and told me that I should have kept it!!Also I grabbed the cheese protein box and she said give to ne and placed it in the fridge behind her and told me the feta wrap is a better choice!! I asked for the protein cheese no. And was told once it is in the fridge in the back, they won’t sell it to the customer!! The staff like Meek should not be allowed working as a customer service since they have so much psych issues and taking it on the customer. Terrible customer service by Meek, avoid her if you buy here at the 71st st and Broadway. ~M

Another Starbucks interior that turned out worse than before its redecoration. Less seating than before, and what's up with the height of the chairs not matching the height of the window counter high table? Starbucks, you can do better!!!
