my drink was good but the guy handed it to me and was very rude. whilst making it he was saying something to the other barista i couldn’t hear but then he called my name and i walked up to the counter, and he says “how’d i know it was you. one hell of a drink u got here” it was an iced caramel macchiato with a lined cup of drizzle…. i just felt very shamed at my drink and won’t be going to that starbucks again

First and foremost I hate to write this review because I frequent this location just about every day however they have new staff people working there which aren’t my regular Starbucks family hence why I’m writing this review! I went into the Starbucks August 1, 2025 around 5:50 PM, I ordered my drink online and while I was waiting, I asked nicely one of the new faces may I please have a cup of water? Her response was very rude and Tone based and verbatim, She said we can’t just be giving out water , unless you purchased something and we have waters for sale if you want water. And I said sure no problem. I didn’t even mention that I ordered something online because with that attitude I don’t even want the water anymore. Honestly I didn’t even want my drink anymore, but I didn’t want to go through hassle of refund or ask another request to get more attitude.The tone was not nice! And I was taken aback by it! Being in the customer service environment myself there are more customer friendly ways that could have been communicated! Like “ unfortunately, we are only able to give water to customers that make purchases”! Ok! I will notate that for future request! But to be rude in response for my water request was weird to me! I barely ask for water from Starbucks, I was literally having a cough attack and needed to a drink water, even a lil cup! But after the response I didn’t want anything from that person! Smh! Not even Brian Niccol the CEO of Starbucks would deny me water!

This is a very well run location. The staff are consistently friendly, proactive, and fast! I’ve never waited beyond the estimated time for mobile orders, and it’s often much quicker than the app says. When I brought my toddler in, a manager (I think) gave him a free cake pop while we waited. That never happens! A great neighborhoods Starbucks during a time when the general brand is not doing so well.

I was verbally assaulted by a Starbucks staff member (a black young person) at this location on Monday, December 30, 2024. The employee was verbally insulting and even suggested I call the cops if I was unhappy with the way I was being treated! I've never seen such behavior at any Starbucks before.

Temple and Lynette made my Starbucks visit absolutely memorable! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such warmth and genuine smiles.
