Beware. Drinks are average at best, but more importantly the staff is very careless making them and makes errors that they won’t make right. And unfortunately, even the ownership doesn’t stand by her products and literally refuses to speak to the customers. There are better tea shops in the area and I advise frequenting those instead.

The drinks are pretty good and the boba is soft and chewy. They can adjust the sugar levels of drinks and have many milk supplements such as almond and oat. Great customer service!!!Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly options such as the fizzy sparklings, slushes and certain milk teas you just have to askWheelchair accessibility: The have a ramp instead of stairs so you can easily come in

I liked my drink, an almond flavored milk tea with tapioca, except I forgot to add tapioca when I initially ordered and the cashier didn’t ask (never been to a boba spot in New York where they don’t ask). So when I realized my drink wasn’t made with boba, I asked one of the two people working if I could add tapioca to my drink still. They could not have been more annoyed to accommodate this request, even though I paid for the topping afterwards, it took them under a minute to do, and there was no line. Then when the other person working handed me the drink again, they had daggers in their eyes. Such a wild reaction that I was cracking up when I left the store.

I have gone to this location many times, but this was the first time I tried the pistachio cake. It was so good! It was light and very tasty, and I will definitely purchase it again. Make sure you download the app in order to get points.

This is the worst tea place I have ever visited. I will not recommend. They put A LOT of sugar and when I asked to adjust it the girl told me no next time say it when you are ordering. I have the milk tea many times before from many different tea places and this was beyond sweet it was undrinkable to the point I have to throw it in the trash can and the girl just laugh. Clearly they do NOT care about customer service.

I did not like the tea. The customer service was also really bad. The girl on duty today needs to be sent to training! Better tea places around!

If I could give 0 start I would. The young lady in the front was very rude! The owner of this place should train the employees to represent better the business.

I've gotten violently ill and i'm so sure its from the bad milk they put in my drink, since i ate nothing processed that whole day. Never going back to that place, since they are a store that is RELYING solely on their milk drinks, so i'm extremely disappointed. I told my friends and they also decided to never go there again, since they don't look after our drinks- especially the milk which goes bad in a few hours, which every 5 year old would know. Since they didn't pay attention to their work, i have been trying to clean my car for a day but the smell won't come off. I hope tea magic workers be a bit more resourceful next time and care for their customers, which they should do unconditionally.

This spot is really convenient just 3 blocks south of Columbia's campus and close to the 110 St subway (1 train). It is small inside but there are a few tables and a counter to order at the back. There are a lot of different milk and non-milk/fresh tea options and more than a dozen toppings to choose from.Although there are options to customize the sugar, I ordered my drink with the lowest sugar option possible and it was made with full sugar anyways. The drinks are SO SMALL for the price!! The small size tea with boba cost $7 and was literally the size of my palm.

Super bummer. Came in and got a black tea with bubbles and 75 sugar. Heads up if you're lactose intolerant or dairy allergic, they use cream instead of a nondairy creamer. Ended up being charged twice for the same drink. Second time it was made, it was made without sugar. All around awful time here, would avoid.
