The manager is inconsiderate - it’s way too hot inside! Was sweating profusely, my entire visit was ruined by the incendiary conditions. Baristas are skilled and kind but I couldn’t focus on that with the HEAT

I like the Bean, especially because of friendly staff and affordable prices. Coffee here is average, and you can pick many vegetarian options.It's one of my favorite breakfasts - bagel with cream cheese and salmon. Unfortunately, last time when I tried it, bread was like a stone, and it was impossible to bite it. I'm not sure if it is because of the kind of bagel or because it was from yesterday, but could you please change a bagel for it softer version?
