The Cinnamon Snail

I am not a vegetarian. That said, I think if there's a Vegetarian Heaven, the food served here is what's on the menu. I visited their truck years ago when it was parked in the Brookfield/World Financial Center food truck lot before they put in that food court. I'm a carnivore so I appreciate a place like this that can turn out amazing food where even the biggest meat lover is satisfied. Yes it's pricey but good quality organic food does not come cheap. Their food is hardy and extremely delicious.

I've raved about the location in Pennsy, and this one is great as well. My favorite is the Gochujang Glazed Crispy Seitan. This sandwich is everything. It has crispy seitan smothered in earthy gochujang sauce and spicy mayo, perfectly balanced with fresh, crispy flavors from kimchi, pickled onions, and arugula.
