Amazing service and a great atmosphere. The food was definitely tasteful artwork. Dish after dish and everything was a 10 out of 10. So New York with style and grace. Hard to get a reservation but worth it. I am looking forward to going back.

Our party had a reservation for 3ppl couple days ago at corner store and we were treated very poorly by the management(Lara). I don’t what is her issue but very unprofessional and we dine in very high end places. Own restaurants and bars ourselves. The waiter was very understanding and was trying to help solve our situation but she(Lara) insisted on not accommodating us.
We had an additional person on our party(he wasn’t going to eat) that was joining us for drinks only. Her reason was “the restaurant has full capacity”, meanwhile there were plenty of free space. We made sure to let her know that the fourth person won’t eat, just drink but she wasn’t even listening to us.
Very disappointed and one of the worst experience in my life!
Service and food were terrific Our server Mel was great

Racist and didn’t let us in because of someone we were with bc of “dress code”. Disgusting and do not go.
Food was disgusting after a long wait and drinks watered down. Do not believe the hype it’s vile and there was horrible service. Host was so rude and entitled for literally no reason, otherwise may have returned
This is my fourth visit, and while the menu and drinks are still excellent, the service has definitely declined. We felt rushed throughout the experience, and it was hard to ignore other tables having meals comped while we were barely acknowledged. It really sends a message about who gets prioritized. A disappointing shift from a place I used to love.

Not worth it. We did a walk in and had to wait 2 hours on a Wednesday. Drinks were good, but food was just fine. Nothing you can’t get elsewhere. It’s mostly hype
Great vibes , food and service

I visited Corner Store last night and had a great experience - the food was great, and our waiter and the entire staff could not have been better or more welcoming! As I was leaving, I asked the hostess if they ever donated gift cards, etc to nonprofits for silent auctions, etc, and she directed me to submit an inquiry on their website. I had already done that, and told her I did not receive a response. She then told me they don't really donate, just because they get so many inquiries. Totally understand! That said, I do want to mention that everyone around us at the bar were friends of the owner or bar/waitstaff that had a totally comped experience, and mentioned that they visited frequently. It was disappointing to see this and then hear they don't help non-profits - it seems like this might certainly be attainable, and I welcome the chance to discuss :) Thank you!

Slightly overrated but not bad by any means! The ambience was lovely, service was very kind and attentive, and food was pretty good.
If youre not a celebrity, you get treated like a second class citizen. Why give your working class money to a place that chooses to prevent you from enjoying your night out because an entitled billionaire walked in? To the owner: is it really worth losing regular degular customers for a celebrity? Pathetic.

Oh honey, The Corner Store is not playing. I tried the Caesar salad, pizza bites, steak, and chicken malaise, and let me tell you… each bite had more personality than half the people in this city. The Caesar salad? Crisp, tangy, and basically a salad that whispers, “Yes, you deserve this.” Pizza bites? Little pockets of cheesy rebellion. Steak? Cooked like it’s on a first-name basis with perfection. And chicken malaise… let’s just say it’s so good it should come with therapy because your taste buds might start crying happy tears.
NYC may have attitude, but this food? It has swagger. 10/10, would devour and brag about it immediately. 🍴✨

The do not value every customer equally. If you're not a billionaire, expect this restaurant to treat you like you and your money don't matter. It's unbelievable that this restaurant would disallow a patron who spent hard-earned money, take photos at her own birthday. You really should compensate her for not allowing her to fully enjoy the birthday dinner she reserved at your restaurant. It's really disappointing to see normal people pushed aside for billionaires.
