Kudos to the bartender (lower level) who asked if i was ok when i got zoned out admist the chaotic crowd of people. Great attention. Great drink. A lil too pack of a space but overall it is a fun spot to be

Love the leopard print pool table!

Great spot for a cosy weeknight date or drink with friends. Fun, kitch vibe with staff giving great energy and service. Downstairs has even more space and cosy booths.

The replies from this shop were tone deaf enough I logged off my burner and onto my main for a second review, just to personally attest that this place is annoying

I was recommended this place by someone for my birthday and I went to check it out before hand(a few days before) and I really liked the space. I spoke with someone who works there and let them know I had plans to invite around 6 or 7 friends for drinks and to play pool on a Tuesday around 8pm. They said that would be fine and I didn’t need a reservation to come in and could just walk in with them. So I tell all my friends to meet me there on my birthday and of course when we get there it’s closed…really irritating and disappointing because it would’ve been one thing if I just showed up without asking or checking but I specifically went in earlier that week to double check it would be fine and was confirmed by what seemed to be the host that it would be fine multiple times. Completely ruined my night and had to scavenge to find something last minute. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

We went for the gazebo pop-up and had a wonderful experience. Food was incredible and the service was perfection.

TLDR: Great experience hosting birthday dinner

I had such a positive experience at The Flower Shop on a Friday night - I had emailed to coordinate and even last minute, it was very easy to plan and the co-owner I spoke with was extremely accommodating. Our waitress Fiona was great; we were a bit slow to order drinks and some people got there quite late, but she was really relaxed which made it a much more enjoyable experience than it could have otherwise been. I appreciate that we weren't rushed out. The food was great (everyone was raving about it) and quantity for the group was more than enough.

I would definitely host there again!!

Nice atmosphere, affordable food. They made sure to mention multiple times that the orange wine wasn’t part of the happy hour, probably in regards to the other review here, but what’s up. Why not just print it?

This bar is good — in theory. Not in practice. Their food and drinks are nothing to write home about, and the (only) good cucumber gimlet is not worth the indignity of stepping foot inside this place. Their bartenders are lotharios — lounge lizards if you will. When reviewers warn you of terrible service, believe them. Two stars is generous :)

I was visiting from Italy and was told to come to New York bars early because they fill up fast. I show up a few minutes past 10 with a friend and the door man will not let us in and when we ask why he starts making racist remarks about us because we are white and tells us to go home. This is not how we treat people in my country, and we were shocked that we could not get in and buy cocktails early in the night before the places filled up.

My friend and I went here at Thursday at 5:15 during their happy hour. Both ordered an orange wine thinking it was on their happy hour menu as it only said “wine -$7”. When we got the bill we were surprised that it was at full price.

Asking the staff about the price they said Orange wine was not included on the happy hour - in quite a rude and demeaning tone. Also made no attempt to apologize or correct the bill.

Definitely wouldn’t suggest this bar as there are other establishments in the area worth checking out.
