I had gotten a sandwich and asked for mayo and mustard and the guy just stared at me. It showed mayo and mustard as condiments on the menu and he then said “I’ve never been asked that before and I don’t know how to charge you” “I’m processing” I decided to just say never mind and walk away but I shouldn’t have to pay for condiments or feel guilty for asking for it. Horrible experience.

Security is so dumb and rude lol, literally yells at you for sitting down after you ordered food because they don't think you've ordered yet (I can't magically obtain my food at the same time as ordering it?)

the rudest service I've ever had. overpriced and dirty. The cashier guy cut my bagel with bare hands. I believe You guys can do better in our beautiful library.

The set up of this cafe needs to change so that napkins, sugar, etc are more accessible. Croissant was great, but my latte was bland and watery. Also, the one guy working here seems like he needs a coffee himself.

Could I give this place zero stars? The reason being that there’s one guy that works at this cafe for the last few years and he has been consistently obnoxious. The only thing worse than his attitude is the coffee he makes. The store hours are unpredictable and his bad vibes ruin this cafe. Like, trust, it’s not you, it’s him.
The only reason I come to this cafe is because every other floor smells SO BADLY that I need to escape the stink of unhoused people, only to deal with this standoffish weirdo…
