Rude to their customers, overpriced, and my umbrella broke five minutes after I bought it

I was a loyal customer here for several months, until I found myself in the unfortunate position of being locked out of my apartment with a dead phone, so I went to this bodega and bought one of their overpriced phone chargers. I asked the cashier to let me charge, and I basically had to beg to get her to agree. After a few minutes when my phone was at like 5%c, the cashier came back and told me there are other public outlets I could use and kicked me out. Zero customer appreciation or customer loyalty, give your money to better quality people than this.

This is my local bodega and I usually come in daily, in the evenings, but today I stopped by before work and interacted with a cashier I haven’t seen before. I was shocked to receive extremely blatant discriminatory and racist treatment and will not be back. I encourage any minority or people who care about equality to boycott this bodega-there are plenty of others in a few block radius that should receive our business instead.

If something says a specific price, charge that specific price, don't just make prices up from thin air. No wonder I haven't went to this store before in all the years it's been open.To everyone else, stop acting like an entitled child and get up, and get your own food.

worst store ever. ordered from them on grubhub and my order never arrived at all. everytime i called them they were unhelpful and even started yelling at me saying why can’t i understand after telling me my order will be two hours late don’t bother ordering from them

I never seen lesser than they. You call them after an hour, they decided not to deliver, but didn't refund. nice. I think government should check them

I ordered simple things from this place. They were 2 hours late with the order and the salad was completely incorrect. When I opened it and saw that it was not what I requested and not something I would eat, I threw it way. I contacted Seamless to get a refund of my 2 hours late salad. The store then called me to ask me directly what was wrong. I told them and they asked me to send the salad back! Are you crazy!?!? I opened it and threw it in the trash. Do you want me to take the salad out of the trash and give it back!?!?!? I am a chef with Food Protection Certification! That is 100% a no-go! I am definitely reporting this incident to the NYC Department of Health! An unsanitary request! I wonder how many other things like this they do!?!?!

TLDR: they lie, gaslight, delay, and attempt to charge without service. Never get delivery from this business. Here was my latest "seamless" experience. I ordered quite late from them through an app but, hey, it said they're open 24 hours, and delivery was stated to take 20-25 minutes. That sounded resonable, so I ordered.I waited an hour before calling them. A store worker answered and told me that the app's drivers refused to deliver. I then asked the store worker to cancel so that I wouldn't get charged, and they said sure, no problem. That didn't happen after about another hour so I contacted help in the app. After describing the interaction the app's customer service rep called the store. After speaking with the store the CS rep told me that THE STORE'S DRIVER was going to be there in 20 minutes. She apologized, and said that the app can't track 3rd party drivers. I stated that the store said the app's driver refused to deliver. She confirmed that the store did not utilize the app's drivers but that, not to worry, the store said their driver was on his way. The app's CS rep gave me a $10 coupon (thank you btw) and I waited.35 minutes later (10 minutes after the second stated delivery time) I called the store again. They passed the phone around and eventually someone answered and told me again that the app's driver hadn't arrived. I challenged their statement and told them what the app's CS rep told me. He angrily conceded that (in essence) he was lying and told me that the store's delivery driver would not arrive at the store for another 48 minutes, and to just cancel. I asked him to cancel as I would be charged if I did. He replied "okay, fine, call the app" and then hung up. I again contacted help in the app and chatted with another app CS rep, and thankfully, they cancelled for me and nearly three hours after ordering, I got a full refund. The store's workers lied multiple times to me and the app's CS reps --all the while acting in a consistently unprofessional manner. Should be 0/5 stars.

Ordered from here on Grubhub, 2 hours later Grubhub (not me) cancelled the order after three attempts to get delivery updates to which the store kept saying 20 more minutes, half hour later..15 more minutes. I get a call from the store saying the driver is almost here and to place the order again. I offered to just pay him via credit card but that I’d like to check my order first. Driver standing 10 feet from me and the store owner calls me a fraud for wanting to check if everything is there before giving him my credit card info. 2 hours late with prepared food, yeah I want to check it!! So he says okay have a nice day and the driver looks at me confused and leaves with my groceries. What kind of business are you running? Why accuse an honest customer of being a fraud for wanting to check if everything is there after waiting two hours??? The guy was yelling at me on the phone at this point saying that so many people do this kind of fraud..what?!?! Gross business.

This is the best place across all the Villages downtown to get reasonably priced flowers on Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. The stock is excellent and they know what they are doing.

Horrible service - waited over an hour past "estimated delivery time" for something to be delivered. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told it was on the way. Another 30 minutes went by (should take 10 mins to get to me from the restaurant) then they told me the delivery already happened. They told me the delivery happened 10 minutes before I even placed the first call to them, when they said it was "on the way"... So was it "on the way" or delivered? Bogus place, don't order.
