The costumer service was amazing. They also upgrade the size of certain drinks if you show them your student ID. It’s a small cute little boba tea spot where you and a friend can come and chill. Totally recommend.

Ordered two honeydew milk teas and they looked nothing like honeydew. Got home and tasted it and it tastes like water with a hint of honeydew flavor. Would not recommend this place, other vivi stores are way better.

Pepper salt chicken and taro creme brulee milk tea. Food's more expensive than other locations ive been to, the pepper salt flavor also tasted different compared to other locations, more pepper than salt but still crispy and good. Decided to try something different and got the taro creme brulee milk tea, too sweet for me and the taro bits were a bit slimy and weird texture. Bubbles also bit too soft, i didnt finish the drink but now i know to not order it

Ready unique bubble tea concoctions! We had the Vivi Bubble Tea Marshmallow Nutella! They put a mini Nutella jar in the drink and used a blow torch to melt the marshmallow! ????????✨ Amazing!
