A lot of places were closed on Monday but thankfully Yuba was open. They are open Monday to Sunday 4:30pm-9pm. Curbside pickup is available. This is my first time coming and I tried the Yuba chef's assorted. The sushi, sashimi and wasabi were really fresh. I would definitely come back again!
Wow. Yuba CONSISTENTLY has high quality sushi. High quality sushi rice, soy sauce, fish, nori, wasabi (like the REAL STUFF), and more. This is the best sushi I've had in NYC and best of all, they are reasonably priced!Been looking for a place with high quality sushi combo rolls and Yuba absolutely delivers!Looking forward to ordering from here again. Will be our go-to sushi spot moving forward. :)

Perfection and high quality. Love the 3 roll special and the salmon sashimi/maki combo. I was thinking quality might have gone down due to adapting to takeout dynamics. I'm happy to report great value with the same commitment to quality.
