This is the worst dunkin. I go here seldomly because I know the service and food suck. How hard is it to toast a bagel add cream cheese and bacon?! I ALWAYS have to check my order at the window. They can NEVER get it right. I either get no bacon, a little swipe of cream cheese or my bagel is only toasted for all of 30 secs. Idk if it's a lack of care from management or employees. How is this place still in business?

Got my typical Chai tea latte, which is my go-to and always delicious! Also, a doughnut. I don't typically go to this dunkin and was surprised how we were treated. The girl that was doing the drive-through was not friendly at all, and had a very negative attitude and actually laughed at my husband after he asked a question (he's not a frequent customer at dunkin like me) I won't have to go back there thankfully any time soon. But if I did, I probably would go as far as contacting a manager regarding her service, or lack there of.

The focus is clearly on the drive through. You can stand at register for 10 minutes before someone notices you due to the poor layout. The staff needs to pay more attention. The place was also very dirty.

this store has horrible service and they are very rude the hashbdowns where cold and over cooked asked for a ice coffee drizzle too and bottom with whip cream ... charged for it but didn't get that asked for what I ordered it was said they couldn't re-do because beverage was already made... then I said " I don't want it !!! it was then remade OVERLY SWEET AND SLOPPY my drink was handed to me with a look of disgust... I'll never give them my money ..

I have got to say a big thank you to the ladies at the Newark Dunkin I came in as per usual to Dunkin to get my coffee and once again it is perfect! Thank you for your amazing service. Please keep in mind fellow consumers that some places aren't fully equipped with enough employees at time so please remember to be kind and please be patient it'll be so with it!
