My wife has been going here for over 30 years. I swung in yesterday afternoon to get the same order we get about once a month, a dozen mild extra crispy wings and a med pepperoni pizza.They put a garlic butter sauce on the wings so my wife called and took them back to exchange them for mild buffalo. The manager took the wings from her, washed them off, put the right sauce on, and handed them back saying they were new wings. They were soggy and tasted awful, we're done with this establishment.Everyone makes mistakes, it was the failure to fix it and lying about it that was completely unacceptable.

I haven’t had Pontillo’s pizza in awhile, but it has always been considered the favorite pizza in my family. The pizza and wings were just as I remembered and ready for pickup exactly on time. Staff was friendly and polite. It was nice to see that an order of wings is still 12 good size pieces as most places now only serve 10. Will definitely order again. Thank you Mike for all the years of serving delicious food to the people of your home town!

Ordered a small pizza and cheese curds... small pizza... yeah more like a personal pan pizza... slices were bite size. So small and price was 15.. had 3 ppl to feed who don't eat much but no way did that "small" feed 3... had to order a medium which cost 25.. just for extra cheese n pepperoni... medium was more like a small... guess I should have went with large. Pricy food n not good quantity :/

I dont normally leave reviews but Last night, my boyfriend and I ordered pizza, garlic bread and mozz sticks, and the food tasted alright. It was a little expensive but didn't mind. However, an hour later we started feeling very nauseous, and that started the Neverending series of running to the bathroom. If it was just me, I would think it didn't agree with me. However, since it was both of us, it just sucked and we definitely think we got food poisoning from here.

Best Pizza in Town!Always fresh high quality ingredients and it shows, can get crust thin just like NYC style. Almost always baked to perfection. This place is truly on another level!
I can not find a current menu w prices anywhere. Only menus available do not have accurate prices, be sure to ask prices before ordering. Everything is extremely inflated lately. Seem to be chasing profits by cutting quality and jacking prices. Also, check the seal on ur sodas and drinks before consuming!!!

Just ordered 2 subs 5 wings and breaded mushrooms. Cost was $ 40.00. I told the girl on the phone to toast the sub rolls extra crispy. Mine was a little crispy around the top and the bottom not even a little cooked. Worst sub I have had from there in a long time. When I order and pick up it is right but when I call for delivery this is what we get. It happened before. Cliff ordered Buffalo chicken sub and they forgot his dipping sauce. Unacceptable order for 40.00. Will be going back to BB’s.

Kudos to this place and the owner. After a long day at work, going to 3 different places that were either closed permanently, or bad environment (horrible karaoke) we landed here, being those jerks who ordered 20 minutes before close...and they made it happen. Delicious food. And kind staff even after their long days! Thank you!

I ordered my pizza a hour and a half before I wanted to pick it up,I got there it was not even done wings were dry and over cooked and way to much sauce on the pizza and well we was waiting for are pizza the sidewalks were full of ice two people fell and they did nothing about it didn't even ask the customers if they were ok I got sure will not be buying from here again.

The employees are always in a good mood and the pizza is great. I wouldn't suggest getting a sheet pizza though because it just doesn't have the same taste as if you were to get the regular range of sizes. I also think they should be more on top of local deals and coupons (i.e. 20% off on Mondays, ect.)
