Place is very beautiful and the dining food seems to be good. Yet I just stopped in fir a slice. Not bad but not that great. May try to dine in sometime but as far as the pizza again I will pass.

Chicken Calzone was superb, variety of pizza are fantastic, the establishment was clean and service was very welcoming.
I get a few things here and there. Their sushi used to be much better when they first opened, but now the sushi rice dried out and hard.

Mainly on the service. I enjoy the pizza here but the service is questionable. This particular day I came, I see a mother and her daughter waiting to order and two people waiting for their food. The mother asked the guy how he was doing ? And tried to order, but the guy was like I'm good thank you and kept working. There was another guy there, pretty much doing everything but struggling. I waited for like 15mins and had left. 15 mins to or more to place an order and people waiting on their food look very frustrated. I wouldn't have gotten my food for another 30-40mins on the walk in. Nah you guys gotta do better, because your pizza is good for the area. Please fix

I placed three dishes orders via their website. It confirmed to pickup at 8:39 pm. The store closed at 9 PM. When I got to the restaurant at exactly 8:39 pm, the door was locked. I was waving through the window but no one wanted to open the door. Finally the manage came over and said we cancelled your order. I said I did not get any emails or text. He said we cancelled via the Door Dash. I told him I ordered via your website for pick up, not via Door Dash. He said we don't have website to take order, it went to the Door Dash. I told him the website did not say that and I have ordered before. He kept saying we don't take order via website. That's Door Dash. He did not even apologize for the situation. That was my fault and I should call the restaurant to place the order, and should not place the order via website.After working long day at hospital and I had to deal with closing store early and cancelling customer's orders. They don't even apologize it. What kind of services. They should get a zero star review on this situation. I hope the owner will see this review. Being your customer over 20 years. This is a shame.
