I was in the area and was looking for a breakfast place. I'm so glad I found this spot. I've been to the area many times, but hadn't been to this spot.
The staff was friendly and helpful. There were other customers there, but the line moved very quickly. I ordered an iced coffee and a BLT; my order was prepared very quickly.
They have indoor seating and an outdoor patio with tables and chairs with a view.
They have a full deli, pastries, drinks and more. I'm glad I found this place. It quenched my hunger and was what I needed! I'll be back again the next time I'm in the area.

Awesome choice for breakfast if you are in the area! The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. The food was fresh and very tasty. There are a few tables comfortably spaced out if you’re going to eat-in and the place was very clean. It’s obvious that the owner cares about providing a great customer experience.
