The service was good but the food for the prices wasn’t great I ordered the chicken franchise it come with no vegetables or salad just 2 pieces of chicken some pasta and a flower ?

We had the worst male waiter, who was non-attentive, unfriendly and rude. He never introduced himself, never smiled, mumbled incoherently, and seemed to forget about us. Every other staff member was noticbly fantastic to their customers. Several greeted us on the way in and gave us parting smiles and energetic well-wishes for a good night on the way out. Our busboy was so very friendly and responsive. It's not that this waiter wasn't capable of professionalism as my date and I witnessed him as a totally different person with the customers right next to us. He introduced himself, suddenly got the power of speech and was extremely charming and responsive. So much so, at first we didn't think he was our waiter! It was only when we witnessed him moving directly from their table to ours that, to our astonishment, we realized he was the same mumbling unfriendly waiter we were experiencing! We never even received a goodbye. He took drink and food orders, dropped them off, and dropped off a check. He ruined our dining experience and the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was very good 4 -stars.
I had been to del arte before and always had a wonderful experience. When my mother passed away in december we reached out to have her repast there. They were WONDERFUL to work with. Everything went seamless and was perfect. The staff is wonderful! The owners are the kindest people ever & especially during such a difficult time were caring, understanding and just really great to work with. We were so happy we booked my sisters baby shower and again had the same experience. I can not recommend them enough.
