Terrible experience today with the owner ?The owner just got angry at me for asking an extra empty cup and some cold milk for my boy's hot chocolate, and through a scene, absolutely unexpectedly. He was shouting and spoke nasty to me in front of everyone around.We are regular customers at that location and absolutely love the stuff there, they are always very nice and helpful. My kids love it there as well, but now we may need to look for another location because today's situation was very unpleasant and we left with a bad taste in our mouth.

Service good for early morning. Decafe coffee now always ready early. Place looking much cleaner. Sometimes music is too loud for conversations with those who sit in with their coffee and friends.Kid-friendliness: Open to kids to enjoy. Juice, milk, choc. Etc.

I ordered a croissant with sausage agg and cheese. Came without cheese and the croissant was burt to the point that it was black in places. Was home when I opened it and just threw it in the trash. As I waited the stafff asked me three times what I ordered. The entrance door and glass was dirty and greasy.

Worst Dunkin' I've ever been too. Took forever for the lady to take my order and then took forever to actually get my order. Sandwich was not toasted/ heated up; I have gotten this many times before at other locations. Was handed ketchup that was sticky. Overall very disappointing.
