Whenever I would go in there, the staff was very friendly however, the prices are just not worth it for what you’re getting. $10 for ice cream with cereal crushed in it? No thanks. It does taste very good but I’m not willing to pay that much. Even with inflation no one should have to spend $10 on one serving of ice cream. I’ll just buy cereal myself and put it in my ice cream at that point. Gave the 3 stars for the customer service and the taste but the price makes both of those not worth it for me. Maybe they should consider lowering the price. There are other cereal and ice cream bars that are cheaper than them. Why are their prices so high????

I got a regular and a large ice cream in a cup and they both had the same amount of ice cream.. $18 for the two of them. Nice concept but the execution is extremely poor.

Owner seems like a nice guy unfortunately you may as well stop at your local carvel / 7-11 employees and ice cream suck. A better option is Milkyways Ice-cream and Cereal bar in Huntington Village.

The staff acted like they hated their job when my friends and i went here last night. Been here several times with always the same complaints so figured i would write a review. I got a milkshake, which was good, except i could barely drink it. You need a wider milkshake straw for milkshakes, not a thin bendy straw. I couldn't suck anything up. I ended up just taking the cap off and gulping most of it, just really inconvenient especially since I was having it in a car, taking the lid off makes it more prone to spill. The other big complaint is the fact that there is no chocolate ice cream. My friends and I normally choose the other well known cereal bar near by because of this, but since we were already in Patchogue decided to just suck it up and have vanilla. I am a big chocolate person, like there could never be enough chocolate for me, and I feel like having both vanilla and chocolate would help the business please way more customers. Shake was still pretty good, (what I could drink of it at least), but I wish some of these kinks that I've noticed since the opening of this place would be ironed out. (No chocolate, bad straws, grumpy attitude from workers.)

Would not recommend this place to anyone! To start off there dairy free vanilla ice cream does not taste good at all and they barely give u any of the toppings u ask for. The customer service was horrible, all the workers look like they hate there job. The place is not clean at all, the floor has toppings crushed all over it. And to top it off no one changes there gloves the girl that made mine literally had her hands covered in toppings and ice cream. Instead of changing her gloves (and cleaning the counter off like she should be doing to keep clean) she just got toppings and such all over everything including the bag and napkins she handed me. Absolutely disgusting! Me and my family will not be returning!

This place is sooooo amazing- they mix cereal toppings with the ice cream and then add more on top. The taste is so out of this world that I felt inclined to come write a review. I cant see myself coming here too often just because it's such a treat- will save it for special occasions. What a great concept though and very well executed. There are so many options too so Im very curious to try different ones. Yumm- I will say though, it did take a while for our order to be made. They seemed to be understaffed but, it wasn't an issue for us. The employees were super sweet and diligent just maybe need another one of them back there for late summer nights :)

Ok my girlfriends and I were walking around in Patchogue looking for a dress and music store. We came upon a side street where the CLOUD 9 ice cream store is, I was looking for a nice soft serve combo of chocolate and vanilla in a waffle cone. Unfortunately they didn't have chocolate ice cream that day so I settled for the vanilla. I was very disappointed at that point. When the server handed me the vanilla ice cream hard serve put in to a machine that made it soft serve and with Carmel syrup In it and I began to eat it I was soooo happy. The ice cream was soooo good. I highly recommend you stop by this ice cream store.
Tried to order from here twice through Door dash. After 15 minutes, order was never confirmed so I had to cancel it. If they don't want people to order through DD, They shouldn't be on the app!!

I want to love this place but experience is very inconsistent. To echo the other customers $8.50 is not a good value for what you get in return unfortunately.

Went there the other day with my girlfriend. I ordered a "make-your-own" milkshake. The guy at the register tells me "I think you'd like this flavor instead". I politely said actually I'll have the one I ordered". I get my order and it's the one he suggested! He completely disregarded my order and gave me a milkshake he thought I'd like. I was appalled never in my life has that happened to me. I have several food allergies and order things specifically because I know they don't have my allergens in them. He could have killed me! I will never go back.

Cereal and ice cream? Say no more. It's an added bonus that the owner is frequently there and the nicest guy. He appreciates every customer. Who doesn't want to support a business like that? The ice cream is always delicious but good luck making a decision, there are too many good ones to pick from.

Unique flavor compounds and decent ice cream. I ordered the chunk a monk ice cream in a cup. Ice cream was good with a nice hidden cheerio flavor but i wish there was more toppings. For the price I expect more bananas and teddy grams.
