I went with my fiancé and kids for the first time to try the food and it was absolutely delicious. The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious and flavorful. We didn't get to try the ice cream/shakes but we have decided that we will return again for lunch and ice cream. Highly recommend the place and prices are reasonable. The owner was also there and very friendly to all customers and made sure they were taken care of enjoyed their meals. Staff was absolutely excellent. Great family place.

It is a cozy place, Nancy, the person who served us, is an excellent host. The place is well maintained, clean, pleasant, good to enjoy with friends, the food is delicious, it arrives warm at the table. Anyway, when I return to the Patterson Bethel of the Jehovah's Witnesses, I will eat there again.

The Farmhouse is a great restaurant not to be missed.I've had take out and ate in, excellent every time.I love their fish and chips and the chili dogs are perfect. Their french fries are really great, must be a secret recipe because they taste great even when its take out delivery. They are crispy but not over cooked and the inside is soft, they are never soggy even with take out. the place is completely accessible which is great and Nancy the owner is such a nice lady. If you feel like a good burger and fries or the fish n chips in a nice homey welcoming place give this place a try. Oh and they make great shakes!

I cannot recommend The Farmhouse in Patterson, NY, highly enough; only wish I could give more than 5 stars for this wonderful little gem on RTE 22. The owners have spent as much attention to providing a comfy and homey atmosphere to the attention they have spent in providing a varied and delicious menu. A friend and I stopped Friday night, having absolutely no idea what to expect; to be honest, it was the name (The Farmhouse) that caught our attention. We entered a bright and tastefully decorated restaurant (reminds you of a newly renovated barn) that offers brilliantly created hamburgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza and even, vegan offerings. You step into what you have thought is a long-forgotten world where restaurant owners actually CARED about YOU! All we had to say was, "Hi, we have never been here before," and Nancy (owner) became our best friend, helping us decide what to order and telling us about the many various options to each order. Friday night we ordered the Grilled Buttermilk Chicken sandwich that came to our table, served on warm brioche buns, accompanied by french fries and a chocolate chip cookie for desert.Notice, I said, "Friday night?" That is because, my friend and I were so appreciative of The Farmhouses's food as well as the service we received, we returned the very next day with two others (my husband and another good friend). The picture is the Double-Decker Reuben that my husband ordered and was still exclaiming over hours later! This food tastes "homemade," directly from my grandmother's kitchen and served by the nicest people I have met in far too long. Brand new, from what I understand, but overall I dig it.Stopped in for lunch with a colleague. The Atmosphere, service, and general reception was awesome! Think of those summer stands with hot dogs, hamburgers, and ice cream, but this one is accessible during the winter months! The pastrami ruben was delectable, the hot dog was good (but i highly suggest using a potato bun instead), the coleslaw was ok, for the style, could have been creamier and with a touch more sugar, or less creamy, but add vinegar, and sugar. Was a fairly traditional Memphis style slaw, but notes of Carolina slaw.Overall, there was more menu options that I didn't try yet, so I will definitely be back to explore. Definitely a myriad of options, and a very nice place for a great lunch option.

The staff and the owners are highly trained and very respectful. The atmosphere is very homey and welcoming. Prices and portions are great for what you get. I’ve eaten everything off the menu at this point because I’ve been going here for years. The owners really put a lot of effort into delivering a quality meal. Toss in a the kid friendly atmosphere and you have a real winner. My daughter has been coming here since she was born and the staff know her by name and provide a very welcoming experience. Don’t just stick to the menu either, they have monthly specials and most of them deserve a spot on the main menu. Currently they have a thanksgiving themed sandwich that is to die for, me and my wife get it every time we go till they inevitably change it.Kid-friendliness: Nancy, the owner loves kids and makes the dine in experience that much better. My 2 year old loves to come here and see the staff. My daughter is the unofficial mascot of the farm house at this point.

What a sweet place! I stopped in with my brother on a whim and had a fantastic late lunch. The decor and ambiance are homey and comforting while also being clean and well-maintained. The cider and donuts from the little shack out back are a perfect remedy for a chilly November day. We both had the gobbler turkey sandwich and split an order of potato cones. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Afterward, we enjoyed small cups of the “cider house” and “pumpkin pie” ice cream flavors. Again, we were impressed by the ice cream varieties that both had excellent flavor balance and a rich, creamy texture. We are somewhat foodie-types and cook a fair bit at home. That being said, it doesn’t take haute cuisine to impress us. This restaurant is the ideal spot for well-executed comfort food accompanied by the most adorable farmhouse aesthetic. Not to mention, every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. We live fairly close and are sure to be back soon!
