I ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom Sicilian pizza through DoorDash and wings with honey barbecue sauce. The pizza was burnt on the top and doughy, uncooked in the middle and had absolutely no flavor. The wings were undercooked, still raw and pink on the inside and had no sauce. Disgusting, no flavor. Will not order from here again. Requesting a full refund from DoorDash. Will see what happens... My best review is go elsewhere for pizza and wings! Guiseppi is the best around here!

Absolutely love this place, I don't go out often but when I do this is my place of choice! It's got a nice atmosphere and usually has good live music upstairs. The stoner wings and the pizza are amazing as well! I would highly recommend stopping here for a chill and good experience!
a terrible business run by terrible people. nobody except her one person will actually talk to you like your a person, unless ofc you're in the inner circle. very cliquey and they very obviously pick favorites. its also disgusting in there and the food has gone downhill recently. used to be a really good place back in the day when i was in college but now its trash. only giving one star cause i have to leave a review. also has anyone noticed the wires just there on the outside of the building? thats gotta be a safety hazard of some sorts. the place is awful the service is bad. just don't waste your time and go to one of the many other lovely bars in plattsburgh.

Bar and kitchen staff are always friendly and helpful when you don't really know what your looking for. Rotating special house created drinks as well as the classics in cans, bottles and on tap.
Two of my very good friends who I will not be naming was refused service here for absolutely no reason. The bartender that was serving pitchers, her name is Ashleigh Baer, stated that she refused to serve my friends. When asking Ashleigh why she would not serve her she stated that she simply would not serve her. My friend went over to the other bartender by the pool table asking why she could not be served the bartender stated that, she had done nothing wrong, however, she was “allowed” to have refused served ALTHOUGH they were not drunk, had done nothing wrong, AND were served by the other bartender. this is not only rude but COMPLETELY unacceptable. if not for the other bartender, monopole would have lost two valuable customers. no one should be refused service at any business due to the bartender having personal issues with someone. monopole should re-evaluate who they hire.

Food was from freezer to frier. Service was subpar. As for atmospher; it smelled like wet dog and the bartenders provided the bare minimum for hospitality. As for the "security" they sat outside on their phones; however I watched one sell some drugs to another I assume regular. I don't think the security outside should be selling drugs to customers.

I visited again after graduating quite some time ago...still a cool place but it's not the happening spot anymore unfortunately.Parking: The parking lot on protection alley no longer accessible from the alley you now have to take an illegal left in order to access it. Kinda bizarre bur so are some of the patrons ?
