All food is excellent and I have a hard time deciding what to order as a result! Excellent service. Treated friends form out of town and they loved it!!! The only negative is that they do not accept reservations for two people. My husband and I often go out to dinner and are not able to reserve a table unless we have others with us.

We came for my husband's birthday and we weren't disappointed. The table was ready for us early and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back there soon.

We had the zucchini blossoms that were delicious and our friend had a mushroom appetizer that they enjoyed too. For our entrees we had the halibut, salmon and two had the chatterbox chicken. Everything was delicious and the presentation is beautiful! We were full and didn't have dessert.

The food was delicious as were the specialty drinks. Our waitress was very friendly as was the manager who thanked us for coming. Parking is limited but we found something right next to the restaurant.

Excellent lunch. Good choices and good service. We were a party of 5 work colleagues. My salad with nuts, cheese and greens was delicious. The others ordered wraps with fries that they also enjoyed.

Food was fantastic, from the penne alla vodka, to the brocoli side, to the olive oil used for the bread. As respectfully as possible, I was almost surprised by how good the food was, given the impressive rapidity of the service and the variety of the menu. A great find, a beautiful view of the sunset from our outdoor table, and staff was lovely as well.

This place is AWESOME! My server (Maeve) was so friendly and helpful. The food was great and the ambiance was perfect for a meal. I will definitely be coming back!

I have to say we had a great experience here at Chatterbox. The food was fresh and delicious but you will pay for it; which I don't mind when it is really good. Server was polite and friendly. The place was alive but didn't interfere with being able to have a conversation. Will definitely eat here again.

Everything was great and the four of us all really enjoyed the meal. We will certainly be returning soon!

Portions are enormous. Food is really delicious. Our server was slow and didn't really take care of us the way we would have expected, but we saw a server at a table next to us really doing a great job for their table so our experience probably isn't always the case. This was our 3rd time here and will definitely keep going back.

We were seeing a movie at the Jacob Burns Theater and had no idea where to eat. Googled and found Chatterbox among many other restaurants. Took my chances with an unknown, to me, restaurant and could not have been more pleased. We were 4 people and each of us loved the food we ordered. A visit by the owner of the restarant added to why we give The Chatterbox a 10 out of 10 score. Beverly

The food was good but service was really slow. We had a reservation and they were surprised when we got there and had to make tables to seat us. It took so long for the food to come that people fell asleep at the table

Been here many times the food is always excellent. Great selection to choose from. Great service. Highly recommend.

If Dorsia from American Psycho were a real
place, this would be it. A restaurant so
pretentious, trying so hard to be more than it
is, but in reality, it's just a step above Olive
Garden with equally unimpressive service.
I made a reservation, and when we arrived, the
man at the door--who never introduced
himself--greeted us. He could have been a
waiter, a bartender, a manager, or even the
owner. Honestly, I couldn't tell because he
didn't say who he was. He just seemed very
self-important. After observing his demeanor,
I'm fairly certain he was either a busboy or the
owner's nephew, minding the store for the night.
Anyway, he told us there was no reservation
under our name, but when we showed him our
OpenTable confirmation, he acted like he had
never seen a smartphone before, as if the
concept of electronic reservations was
completely foreign to him. Why take
reservations on OpenTable if you're not going
to honor them? The restaurant was almost
empty, yet he insisted on seating us at a
high-top table even though we clearly wanted a
regular one.
The weird part is, we sat down at 6:15, and by
7:15, we were being rushed out the door. If you
were planning to push us out in an hour, why
not seat us at one of the many empty tables in
the dining room that stayed vacant throughout
our rushed meal?
As for the food, it was a solid 2 out of 10, if you
like pre-made, processed, microwave food--on
par with Olive Garden. If you're looking for
authentic, quality Italian cuisine, this is
not the
place. My Nona makes better Italian food, and
she's been dead for 30 years. The only
redeeming part of the experience was the
drink. I ordered an Old Fashioned for $17, and
while it was good, you shouldn't be paying
Manhattan prices in Pleasantville.
So, ifyou want to go and pretend you're
experiencing a special, high-quality dining
experience, this is your spot. It's a place
pretending to serve great food in a great
atmosphere, but that's all you're
doing--pretending. The only thing they truly
care about is getting you in and out as quickly
as possible to free up the table for the next
group of customers, who may or may not even
show up. At least the busboy can show his
uncle how much money he made that night.
To be fair, every business wants to turn a profit,
but not at the expense of making customers
feel rushed and unimportant. People go out to
eat for a unique experience, something
they
can't get at home. Your job as a restaurant is to
make the customer feel welcomed and
appreciated. Unfortunately, I felt neither, and
the food was subpar.
Enjoy the generous tip I gave you and use it to
buy a clue! Maybe your regulars don't know or
care about quality because this is supposed to
be an "it" spot, but there are plenty of people
who can tell the difference between real fine
dining and just pretending.

Relatively overpriced and the food wasn’t worth it :/. Fish was beyond overcooked and drink didn’t taste right. The chicken vodka parm was good though!
