Pizza dry, little variety, not thrilled about using Mountain Mart door /register....they could have atleast had own register, seems lonely and depressing for workers. Not happy with this place and set up

First time trying to order from Potsdam Little Caesar’s and not a good experience. The Potsdam site comes up but choosing pickup or delivery does nothing but return you to the page to choose the location. Can’t see the Potsdam menu so don’t know what to order even by phone. Called and asked about offers we’ve seen advertised at other locations and they don’t do those. They must lose a ton of business with no online ordering and no way to see what they actually have. That plus all the bad online reviews make the Potsdam Little Caesar’s a big no for us.

Food was great, busy place, not great wait times but SEVERELY understaffed so it's understandable. Limited menu is fine, there's enough on there for me and the prices are pretty fair.

A shell of its former self, this “express” Little Caesar’s restaurant scam is not worth the trouble.
After downloading another arbitrary app, and having to set up yet another account to order food, you’re stuck going to order in person as this location is “express” for customer convenience, you can’t order ahead for pickup. I’m not going to sit and wait for 30 minutes while 1 underpaid employee has to make 20 pizzas by themselves. All while I can’t use any of the “deals” on the app to make it worth paying for.
How does the company prioritize a non-functioning app over the actual storefront for a franchise. We have gone so far backwards, it’s inside out.
