I used to go their everyday but i would be late to school because i would be waiting an average 20-25 mins everyday Just to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and the school kids are always so loud, littering, and spitting on the floors INDOORS. To whoever manages this store: promote the wonderful woman Beaute (I hope I spelled her name right)! This woman is so cheerful so kind and sweet and truly the best customer service employee I have ever experienced!! I will deff want to be coming back to this location specifically to have her service! Beaute if you see this you are the sweetest human and you made my WEEK!!
Placed order for pick up at 11:53 AM (2 items), walked in and there was only 2 people waiting to order. There is only one person working at the front counter. It's now 12:01 PM, still waiting and the line has grown to 8 people waiting to order.12:05 PM, still waiting.Ended up calling the store phone about 9 times before the Manager went to answer it. Only because of him did I finally get my food. It's now 12:11 PM.20 minutes after placing order for a "now" pick up time.Never again...read full review
