Cheers Restaurant and Ultra Lounge offers beautifully designed ambiance with delicious food, especially lamb chops and oxtails. The customer service is good, with great music and drinks. However, some customers experienced long waits for the check, small food portions for the price, and understaffing issues leading to delays in service. Despite these issues, the restaurant provides a unique experience for visitors, especially those from out of town, and is worth a visit for a good meal and enjoyable atmosphere.
