I will not deny that the flavor is excellent. But the service they provide over the phone is terrible and the wait is almost 1:15... it seems like an exaggerated time for an order of 8 wings.

I got boneless wings and they gave me bone in and when I asked them to fix it they said no because they turned the frier off like ok just turn it back on…? And I asked for a refund if they couldn’t fix it and they said no because they turned the cash register off like I’m actually baffled right

I saw bad reviews and never ordered it but I live close by. Finally I got it. Twice actually. And they were good both of the times. Made quickly. And the service was nice both times too !
First time trying the chicken sandwich and it was disappointing. Stale bread , dry chicken and why bother asking me if I want pickles if you're not gonna put any on anyway.

Tried ordering dinner 3 times. Orders were cancelled. After the first time, we got a phonecall from an unavailable number that someone "took our order". Asking us if we wanted to cancel or resubmit it. The 2nd and 3rd orders were also cancelled with the same mysterious disappearing act. Tried calling the store directly twice. No one answered, rang until disconnected. Won't ever bother ordering from them again. Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service.

The food is terrible. So much grease and barely any flavor other than salt. Nowhere to eat. No napkins or utensils even offered. Took forever to get my food only to take a bite and be so disgusted that I tossed it.

Soggy greasy chicken and the fries were loaded with cheese that made them as soggy as the chicken.Worse food no lie I ever tasted. Threw it away.Then I read the reviews and wished I read them b4 I ordered. As I was throwing it away a long black hair was mixed in with the fries.I wish I could get in a car and dump it all over there counter.CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN.
