I’m extremely sick right now, needed a simple chicken noodle soup to help me out. It came with everything but chicken and noodles. There was hardly any noodles and chicken and about 90% of it was celery and carrots. I wouldn’t recommend that whatsoever. Service was decent, food came on time so there’s that. Also they don’t have Coke, only Pepsi.

Honest review, the owner is super nice and friendly and the place is clean and feels warm and like a good place to eat out. However the food definitely needs a bit of work, their fries aren’t seasoned or even salted, their sweet potato is just cooked and not buttered or seasoned in anyway, gives off minimal effort. Their burgers were really good, I had their cheese and hamburger and loved both. I also liked their grilled chicken and pita bread. You can tell that the food is fresh but there needs to definitely be flavor added to these recipes and a bit of creativity in the kitchen. I think if the owner can fix that problem he will see this restaurant boom.

This is by far the best foot option in the whole neighborhood.It’s fresh and delicious.The fries are amazing and the grilled chicken is from another world.Thank you for feed me everyday Chicken Shack, you are the best!

The short guy was very rude when I asked to use the restroom. I usually go to this place when I get off the train on 63rd drive to use the restroom and get some food. The guy must be new , he basically forced me to order before using the restroom. Being that I had to use the restroom so bad I just ordered a soda I couldn't think of what I wanted to eat at that moment. I had to use the restroom bad from a long train ride. This place lost me as a regular customer thanks to the new guy. I will be reporting this problem. How can some concentrate on what they want to order if they have to go bad.

Order via Uber Eats delivery was quicker then initially stated on the order but food was really bellow average. Wings we're all wrong from chicken older then beginning of time. Lamb gyro is dry thin and tasteless. Only good thing was Greek salad and that's about itWill not order again

Ordered 3 cheeseburger sliders a side bowl of lose corn (bc he told me that’s what they had they didn’t have corn on the cob) a cheese burger with fries and Mac and cheese , a drink and apple pie. Called me back to let me know they did not have any corn and to pick another side order. I did not want another side order and told me they were going to charge me $5 anyways for the corn that they did NOT have; since I did not want a side. It’s 2023 restaurants please do betterrrr. Let them know that it was fine that they could go ahead and cancel my order - kept calling me to tell me to add a side or if not they were going to charge me for the non existent side. Beyond annoyed at their service.

I ordered take out from here, I totally enjoyed my lunch. I got one of order of fried chicken and fries and another order including a grilled chicken wrap. Delivery timing was fast. A nice addition to the neighborhood.

The food here is sooo fresh and delicious!! I go here at least 3 times a week for dinner! And my mom lovvesss the sweet potato! I have not one complaint! And the sweet girl in the front is amazing! The chicken is so juicy and good! The bone is white! Fresh clean chicken! My go to!!
Tasty food and consistently great service. The establishment is clean and well lit. The cashiers are friendly and don't bombard you while looking at the menu.

Intro: Ordered takeout because I was in a rush and I was glad I was introduced to this restaurant. The food arrived neatly packaged and very warm.Food: Decided to order the full rack of ribs to share. The portion size was generous and we had some left over. The ribs had plenty of meat on them, all of which was tender and juicy. The sauce was flavorful without being too sweet. The meal came with a side of some warm pita bread which was a great complement to the ribs. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not ordering any sides but if the trend continues, I believe they have the potential to be great. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.Tl;dr: solid BBQ restaurant My rating: 7/10

Absolutely the best lunch/dinner mealI had in a long time via DoorDash . The food was well seasoned, hot, and very clean. Will definitely like to visit in person , and order again in the future . Great job !!

What should I say.. it's a family own small business so experiences are hit or miss. Unfortunately, my brief experience here was a miss. Because website screw itself up, it made an order here instead of Astoria. Whatever, I got here 30 min before the closing time to pick up my takeout and they were so ready to go home! I don't expect superd service from a small, fastfood like counter restaurant especially towards the end of swift but at least treat a person like they are there!
