If you have any ounce of self respect, you will never come here! There is no point of having 2 intercoms if you’ll only service 1. Had two cars go after me at the other intercom while patiently waiting on the other intercom until I had to simply skip. You are also sandwiched between the cars behind you and in from of you at the drive thru so you can’t leave. Then after I skipped the intercom and went straight to the pick up window after 15 minutes of waiting, the service I encountered was disturbing. After I said thank you and was met with no response I simply left while being stared at. Atrocious service. Never okay. Will never return here.

I've been to this place a couple of times and any other day, this would be a 4 star, mainly due to service hiccups but I can't in good conscience do it with this trip. I came up here to get breakfast and there was no difficulty getting my order done, the place was very clean and the food was delightful. I heavily recommended the Frostyccino. Doesn't matter what flavor, either one will knock your socks off. I say I got lucky and came at a good time but it shows this place has potential to be almost perfect when it wants to be.
