Just stopped in for coffee. Busy on weekend mornings. Cash only.

Blown away! I had low expectations. Had a plain bagel, un toasted, no butter or cream cheese. Excellent! Excellent bite resistance and chew. Flavor was right in, good malt along with a hint of salt. I then tries the multigrain bagel -- a difficult flour to work with (I bake), and these had nearly perfect crumble. Coffee was very good (flavored, sorry, just wasn't in the mood for black regular). Service -- funny, friendly. Make sure to meet Jeremy, the owner. Ambiance: 21st Century bagel store. Comfortable seating, nit cramped.

A morning go-to for bagels and coffee, but they offer some great lunch choices, too. We love the Busta Blend coffee and enjoy conversations with friends at the “front porch” tables. ? A locally-owned gem in Rhinebeck!

Food was delicious. Plenty of gluten free options and attention to allergies was impeccable. We will absolutely be coming back. Allergies are wheat/gluten and dairy. They had no problem accommodating them and keeping us safe.

They have gluten free bagels, so already a win. But seriously, the GWB sandwich on a GF bagel is the perfect breakfast sandwich. I wished I lived in town so I could go there every day. FYI cash only.

Wow! So glad we stopped and we recommend if you are by here to stop as well. We do not live in this state but was passing through & saw the reviews were great & that they had gluten free bagel option so we went. Best decision. Extremely friendly employee taking the orders & cashing you out. Coffee is fresh, decaf for me was great and I’m super picky on coffee. My husbands iced coffee/cold brew French Vanilla was great. The breakfast sandwiches are huge! See photo for reference. Absolutely paying for great, fresh, good portion size sandwiches. I got the western on the works gluten free bagel (loved that they have gluten free bagel options of the works, plain or sesame) the western was delicious just like an omelette, large pieces of onions and peppers and I added bacon, because ya no bacon is life. Their bacon is super crispy and fresh! My husband got the Synder and loved it so much. He instantly said this is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and how it doesn’t compare to any other place. If we are ever in the area we will be back, although back home places have huge shoes to fill now with how delicious this was. It is a cash only for in person orders and card options for online orders. Nothing bad to say at all. Fantastic and hats off to the chefs !Dietary restrictions: They had dairy free cream cheese and gluten free bagels

How these guys survive is beyond me. Mediocre bagels, with cash only service. There's an opportunity for a new bagel shop.

Great selections here! I’m not able to eat gluten so I was so happy that there were gluten free bagels, rolls, and wraps to try. I ended up getting the gluten free roll with pastrami, tomatoes, and onions and I was surprised how good it was and how soft and fresh the roll was, being that it was gluten free. You can even choose whether you want your sandwich hot or cold (I chose hot and loved it) and they really fill up your sandwich with a good about of meat/toppings. It’s cash only here but there’s an ATM inside or if you want to pay by card you can just order online and pick it up when it’s ready. Overall I’m glad I found this place and will be my new weekly place to dine for brunchDietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options available
