OMG, Crazy Willy's was truly cool. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering its location. All so tasty and just great flavors. The working staff was really attentive and extremely knowledgeable of the menu items. Crazy Willy's = Top quality.

One of my worst experiences out in a while. Food wasn't terrible, but everything else was. The water was served in disgusting plastic cocktail cups, we ordered 3 drinks and 2 came out, then 5 minutes later the third came out. We ordered 3 mofongos, and it took forever for them to come out. The music was insanely loud, with songs repeating, and long ads playing in between them. Then, when we got the bill, we saw they add a 15% service charge. Best of all, we showed them we had a Groupon, and then told us it wasn't good until next month. They don't take Groupon right now. I showed them it expired this month, and they took my phone into the back for 5 minutes, came back out, and said ok fine, they'd accept it, but we needed to pay the rest in cash. Wouldn't send my enemies it's so bad.

Omg, my first time there yesterday November 16th 2020. We had the worst experience. I tasted my daughters shrimp Morongo and the shrimp tasted and smelled like foot. It was nasty. Glad I didn't swallow that shrimp. Apparently the afternoon chef left the shrimp out to spoil and did not let the current cook know, but the current cook should have at least smelled it. ND IF IT WAS LEFT OUT AND HE KNEW THIS, WHY SERVE IT? UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER GOING BACK. THE WAITRESS WAS NICE AND APLOGOGETIC THOUGH. NOT HER FAULT.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there for a lunch date on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was completely empty. The interior was nicely lit and decorated....that's the only decent thing I can say about my experience there. Drinks : Heineken and Mojito, then passion fruit mojito, and finally a margarita. All tasted like shit...except for the beer, of course. Appetizer : Buffalo wings (which we requested extra spicy) and calamari. My date received his wings first...not even mildly spicy. The calamari never came out. When he asked the waitress about it, she looked dumbfounded, went to the kitchen, came back and said they don't have calamari. Okay...so why weren't we told this, instead of having us wait for something that isn't even available. Entree : 2 orders of this tasteless chicken stuffed with shrimp and a bell pepper stuffed with yellow rice. 2 side orders of beans. The food had no flavor or spiciness whatsoever. No salt. The KICKER : Within a minute of starting to eat our entrees, my date FOUND A LONG STRAND OF HAIR IN HIS FOOD. We immediately called the waitress over and told her. Her English is not the best, so she just laughed and said it was HER HAIR. WTF. She took the food back and I told her I didn't want another one. She still brought out another order to-go. When we asked for the bill, they charged us for 2 entrees...and we asked her to remove one. They did not even have the courtesy to think that we shouldn't pay for food that had hair in it! She did not remove it and charged my date's credit card anyway. We ended up speaking to 3 different people who clearly had a language barrier. So we ended up paying the bill as is, because it was already charged and they refused to refund us cash. During this whole ordeal, not once were we offered an apology or even a discount for this terrible experience. That's what annoyed me the most. Needless to say, we left pretty pissed off and dissatisfied. If I were you, I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. The quality of the food is horrible, and the customer service is even worse. Waste of time and $$.

Really great drinks and music. Really stops there. The food is horrible and the place is empty even on a Friday and Saturday. Go if you are on a date or want a chill lowkey spot. Eat before or after you go!!!! Oh and they have hookah :)

Roaches! But Great drinks. Don't go here on a first date but go here on a fifth date. The music is loud so there's no conversation. I had a mojito and my best friend had a margarita. We saw four roaches so never again we will be here.
