Very fast and friendly service. One of the only Dunkin locations I know of that is still offering French Cruller donuts, which was a nice surprise. The store is clean with ample seating available. I look forward to returning soon!

The staff at this Dunkin is incredibly rude and inattentive, especially if you walk in and are not doing drive through. They do not allow you to refill your DD card unless you use cash, they do not honor most of the coupons that are presented.I never have issues with any other neighborhood DD. This location is awful.

Cashier D***y My opinion she overpriced! Me, the service was not polite. bash they got an attitude.I asked for mocha frappe, and I asked her to wait while I rearward my card. She had no patient. She was talking to another customer next to me, I asked with whip cream on the top shouldn’t hear me and after they finished it she handled it to me. I asked again if she can add whipped cream on the top she got an attitude on me with weird looking and asked me for extra money for the whip cream and she charged me something else to “cake cone” .If you’re not going to do the job right then don’t work at all. Please This not okay

Don’t offer curbside so you can be inside on your phone while having a customer waiting to place an order and a customer waiting to pick up an order. Curbside doesn’t exist even tho they have a big sign out front offering the service. Then you give me tar! This coffee has been sitting there all morning. Straight nasty coffee and bad service. Girl asked me if I need help while texting on her phone. I said waiting on an order and she point to the area of pickups and I said it’s not there. She shouts at the guy and he then makes my coffee. Horrible service here!!!

I went here this morning to get a birthday cake. Waited for 20 minutes on line to get to the registed and wanted something written on the cake only to be told they don't have any icing for writing. Also asked for six donuts and she wanted to put them in a bag instead of a box. The woman at the register had an attitude that was less than desirable. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be there. By the time I left the line was out the door. Will not go back there again.

This Dunkin' is in a city sized mall and has free parking and curbside service. I ordered ahead with the app on a Monday using their free WiFi and got bonus rewards points. I earned a free drink voucher valid for most any of their prepared drinks. I ordered a small Winter Blend coffee with almond milk which tasted off. I came back and they made a fresh pot and handed me another cup a few minutes later. I think that blend is too weak for my taste. Will have to try another blend at this chain to see. Customer service: 5 stars Winter Blend coffee: 3 stars
