I have been waiting years for a Ghanaian restaurant to open in Rochester. I loved the food and the owner is really nice. The portions are large and the food is tasty. I'm partial to my mother's cooking of Ghanaian food but he does a great job of coming close. I will definitely go back!
Whatever they make is perfect! Everything is authentic West African cuisine! The best in Rochester!!!! Also, the portions are HUGE! 1 meal is actually 2 meals! The flavors and spices are equal to none! Absolutely heavenly!

I ordered the Waakye with fried chicken and salad. The spicy chili sauce on the side made the dish. I could have easily had double the amount. My friend ordered the peanut stew with lamb and loved it as well. For the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere, this place is a bargain.
