Bill Gray's food is a staple in Rochester. Always hasband always will be this location. In particular, is very spacious with a lot of dining room area as well as a bar. On the other side of the establishment, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out really fast. Just the overall good atmosphere.

This place is a joke, 22 mins sitting waiting for anyone to show up to take an order, only 3 customers in the place the waitress and bartender were to busy talking to each other and playing lottery to bother helping anyone, another 35 mins to get a burger... Never

Asked for crispy fish, didnt get it. Rolls came no butter. 1/2 full cole slaw containers. Also 2 tables full of little kids that should not be in the bar are, kept running around and not supervised. By the fireplace. Server was excellent.

Great food, Great service, And great ambiance! Keep up the good work everybody. I ordered a meal online and got it on time. I would've stayed for the tap room but my fiancé was at home and hungry. I love this place, truly do.

In all honesty, I’ve been here maybe 7-10 times and have had 5 or so bad experiences worth notary that I can’t fit into one review. There will be 5-7 patrons at the bar(20% capacity or less) and the bartenders are on their phones, totally clueless to the customers needs, chatting amongst themselves, etc, then walk away with my credit card on the bar, or walk away whilst making eye contact with me. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’ve bartended for 10+ years and would be ashamed to see this amount of incompetency among my team. After 5-6 visits here, I’ve always given this place a chance. Over time I can tell there is no hope and I’ve decided it’s not worth giving another chance. Best of luck to the owners, I hope you find passionate employees who make their patrons feel like their voices are heard by s year of waiting 20+ mins for a drink with 5 people at the bar.

Food poisoning! Stomach upset all weekend! Could not stop throwing up almost landed myself in the Emergency dept.
Food was good, the guy making the order for stuff a little mixed up but it wasn't the end of the world.
