Store and food has gone to hell. The bagels quality has gotten horrible. I wrote an email to the corporate office and never got a response. Brueggers used to be jammed 7 days a week. Now they have removed all the tables and there is never a line. Why would there be with the quality of food and lack of caring about their customers. Just look at the outside of the store. And to top it off..... they got rid of Bacon Scallion creme cheese.

Very tasty bagel. How do we get them so wrong in the UK? Seating was a bit weird - sort of hostile? Like they're not intending you sit around? The bagel definitely made up for it tho

Nice.location. Got there late, so alot of bagels were already sold out, but enjoyed what we got. Good flavor. Not exactly like my fav NYC bagels but very close!! Employees were pleasant and lots of seating. Clean and friendly.

If I could leave a zero review, I would do so. I placed an order on their website to pick up a brunch box. I went 25 minutes later to pick up the order only to be told by a very rude front desk lady that they donāt have any bagels ready so they canāt give me the order and theyāre going to have to cancel the order. I was on my way to a meeting to give this to coworkers and I was counting on this order. When I placed the order online, it asked for my email and phone number. I told them they could have called me to tell me this sooner and not wait for me to come in person. She said they donāt get the customerās contact info. Whatās the point of asking for email and phone number on their website if they will tell you later they donāt have that information!? Plus this was a total waste of time. Finally, they wouldnāt even let me get a refund int he store, I was told I need to go to the āappā and ask for a refund. I didnāt order through the app, I ordered online and shouldnāt have to make an extra step to get a refund if itās their fault.

The rudest staff and manager Iāve ever met, the manager told me they were closed with 30min left and when I asked for a dozen bagels they said ātheyāre old so u better not come back and complainā. Sat there with his arms crossed and stared at me while I chose what I wanted. Absolutely will never be visiting again

Staff that take orders are horribly rude, every time Iāve gone the past three times in couple months Iām utterly amazed at the order takerās rudeness. Not just one but two of them now Iāve dealt with.
